5 We can demolish every deceptive fantasy that opposes God and break through every arrogant attitude that is raised up in defiance of the true knowledge of God. We capture, like prisoners of war, every thought and insist that it bow in obedience to the Anointed One.
2 Corinthians 10:5
The Lord says,
Don’t get bogged down in counting your troubles. Don’t let your emotions get tangled up in the things you see around you. Look for My gold lining. I say you will see gold lining in all of this, not silver but gold. You will see and experience the gold lining of these troubles. And you yourself must shine. Choose to shine. Be a bright and holy reflection of Me. Don’t believe or agree with the message that all things will get worse but at least there’s Heaven. Don’t let that be your mantra. Choose to live fully now. Choose to be a light now. Choose to make the future better now — here and now.
25 Lord Yahweh, you are my glorious God!
Isaiah 25:1
I will exalt you and praise your name forever,
for you have done so many wonderful things.
Well-thought-out plans you formed in ages past;
you’ve been faithful and true to fulfill them all!
You feel like many of your promises and dreams have been put on ice. You feel like they have been held up and suspended. And yes, for a time they have. But I am causing these promises and dreams to thaw out. I Am causing them to be warmed and have life within them again and then to hatch like little chicks and and hop unexpectedly into your life. One by one, and one after another in quick succession, they will burst forth with new life and come into your life with surprise and persistence.
You must take care of these newly birthed dreams and promises. You have a role to play in their success. They are not self sustaining. You must nurture them, care for them and take ownership of them. As you do, you will see them rapidly grow into maturity and fruitfulness.
Watch for these to start springing forth in your life. I have opened the door and thawed out these dreams and promises. I have reanimated them and caused new life to stir within them. So watch and grab ahold of them as they cross your path and come into your life. They will surprise and delight you. Watch. Be careful and gentle with these as they arrive. They will arrive in a young and delicate state. They will increase in strength and power and resilience as you nurture and care for them, as you make them your own.
7 They will not live in fear or dread of what may come,
Psalm 112:7-8
for their hearts are firm, ever secure in their faith.
8 Steady and strong, they will not be afraid,
but will calmly face their every foe
until they all go down in defeat.
Reject the narrative that bad will keep coming. Reject the mindset that says you must expectantly wait for the other shoe to drop, that something will go wrong, that terror is lurking around the corner. Wait and expect instead My gold lining, the resuscitation and unexpected arrival of dreams and promises fulfilled. Wait and expect instead My goodness and My favor to be poured out in your life. You have heard it said, “what you see is what you get; what you expect is what you receive.”
Live in faith and with a posture of great expectation of good, full of hope, of joy and a belief in My goodness being present at all times. Watch the difference it makes in your life. Watch the difference it makes in how you experience life and how people interact with you and circumstances unfold for you. As a man thinks, so he is. Expect good. Expect blessing. Expect favor and watch the bounty of My blessing and favor follow you around.
4 Even if darkness overtakes them,
Psalm 112:4
sunrise-brilliance will come bursting through
because they are gracious to others, so tender and true.
Watch for gold lining on those dark clouds, and believe that the gold is greater than the darkness. See how the gold surrounds the darkness. I have the darkness surrounded. I Am the authority and the one with dominion and power. I have the darkness surrounded, and it is for your good and the good of the world. Watch as My Presence reveals the Source of light and truth and causes these dark clouds to dissipate and disappear.
Darkness must flee in My Presence, and I have the darkness surrounded. It can no longer stand. It can no longer lurk and hover over the people. Watch as My bright light of truth and righteousness and justice bursts forth onto the scene. It will be a suddenly. It will be as one moment dark clouds covered the land and only a hint of gold lining surrounded them, and then My Presence will break forth boldly and undeniably with power, and the darkness will flee. Watch.
20 Go, my people, into your inner chambers
Isaiah 26:20-21
and close the doors behind you.
Hide for a little while, until his indignation is over.
21 For the Lord is coming out from his heavenly place
to punish people for their sins.
The earth itself will expose the blood spilled upon it,
and the ground will no longer hide its slain.
I Am moving coal from the East to the West and from the West to the East. The coal of My judgement is coming for the wicked ones. It is coming for the ones who have been spearheading evil and directing many toward evil ways, condoning and promoting evil behaviors, cruelty and abominable acts. My judgement is coming and is being dropped off on individuals and households, on institutions, companies, churches and many so-called non-profit organizations. It is coming to financial institutions, technology companies and many others. The trains of My judgement against the wicked have left the station, and deliveries are being made. Some may never be made public. But many will be highly public.
9 In that day they will say,
Isaiah 25:9
“Behold! This is our God!
We’ve waited for him, and he saved us!
This one, the Lord Yahweh—he is worth the wait!
We will keep shouting with joy
as we find our bliss in his salvation-kiss!”
Don’t panic, and don’t fear. Don’t make sudden moves with your finances, as this will cause great loss. Instead rest, watch and be worshipful as the judgement meets its marks and lands in its final destinations. What you have been saving will recover and thrive. Don’t be hasty, and don’t make decisions in fear. I will protect your future. As it drops, so too will it shoot toward the sky as My justice is done and as righteousness and sanity is restored. Stay the course. Do not move in fear. Keep trust alive in your heart. Keep your eyes on Me and not your bank accounts. This is the Word of the Lord.
How to Respond
- Discipline your mind. Take captive every thought that brings discouragement and expects trouble and pain.
- Do not let words of discouragement escape your lips. Make these thoughts of discouragement bow before the reality and good news of Jesus.
- Be a person overflowing with contagious hope.
- Watch and expect the Lord to bring His promises and your dreams into your life.
- Expect the goodness of the Lord and His favor to go before you, surround your life and follow you wherever you go.
- Declare that the Lord has the darkness surrounded, and He will demolish its dominion.
- Declare that the Lord’s goodness and power is greater than the darkness that you see.
- Declare that the Lord is protecting the finances and the future of His people.
- Ask the Lord for wisdom in how to position your finances now.
- Don’t give way to fear as you see the markets shake in volatility.
- Declare that the Lord reigns in victory, in power, and He is the final authority.
- Declare that the Lord is even now delivering justice to the wicked who have caused the proliferation and thriving of evil in this country and the world.
- Declare that the Lord is restoring justice, righteousness and sanity.
