Malachi 3
Psalm 37
37 Do not fret because of evildoers,
Psalm 37:1-6
Be not envious toward wrongdoers.
2 For they will wither quickly like the grass
And fade like the green herb.
3 Trust in the Lord and do good;
Dwell in the land and cultivate faithfulness.
4 Delight yourself in the Lord;
And He will give you the desires of your heart.
5 Commit your way to the Lord,
Trust also in Him, and He will do it.
6 He will bring forth your righteousness as the light
And your judgment as the noonday.
The Lord says,
Seek Me and you will find Me. Ask Me, and I will tell you great and wonderful things that you did not know. Desire and pursuit are woven into the fibers of your being. It’s how I created you. Purify your desires. Desire truth in the deepest part of you. Desire purity, righteousness and justice. Your desire for holy things, your desire for honorable things will drive you into pursuits you never imagined. Your desire to know Me, to hear Me, to understand My ways, My character and My will — the pursuit of these things will transform your entire being.
18 The Lord knows the days of the blameless,
Psalm 37:18-19
And their inheritance will be forever.
19 They will not be ashamed in the time of evil,
And in the days of famine they will have abundance.
Your pursuit of Me actually sanctifies you. You can’t be pursuing Me and staying the same. You can’t be getting closer to Me without My perfection, My goodness, My outrageous mercies and grace causing change in you. Pursuing Me will be the single greatest game changer of your life. Knowing Me and loving Me is a lifelong pursuit.
23 The steps of a man are established by the Lord,
Psalm 37:23
And He delights in his way.
In these days of turmoil, strife, wickedness, perversion and extreme permissiveness your pursuit of righteousness, your pursuit of truth, of what is right, of justice, purity, safety and innocence for the children — the energy and the fervor behind these pursuits is great — and I Am lighting a rocket booster of energy behind even that. I Am adding a mighty roar for justice, righteousness and truth to that. I Am bringing and uniting many ferocious ones who are fighting for and pursuing what is right, and it will ignite a heat seeking missile such as the world a has never seen.
28 For the Lord loves justice
Psalm 37:28-31
And does not forsake His godly ones;
They are preserved forever,
But the descendants of the wicked will be cut off.
29 The righteous will inherit the land
And dwell in it forever.
30 The mouth of the righteous utters wisdom,
And his tongue speaks justice.
31 The law of his God is in his heart;
His steps do not slip.
The heat seeking missile is looking for the heart of this wickedness, which is the funding source. I Am guiding these forces of righteousness and justice, and they have their missile locked on the target already. These freedom and justice fighters are waiting for the sound of the Commander’s voice (Mine) for instruction to launch their missile deep into the heart of the left, of the wickedness, the oppression, injustice, abuse, violence, chaos and murder. The explosion it causes will be definitive, and the aftermath will reek with the stench of wickedness. Such peace will fill the land as that source, that lifeblood of wickedness is extinguished forever. The earth will be silent and the people somber at the revelation of its significance. But they won’t be able to help laughing, dancing and praising Me, because it will mark the end of tyranny.
5 “Then I will draw near to you for judgment; and I will be a swift witness against the sorcerers and against the adulterers and against those who swear falsely, and against those who oppress the wage earner in his wages, the widow and the orphan, and those who turn aside the alien and do not fear Me,” says the Lord of hosts.
Malachi 3:5
As the purse strings are extinguished, so too are the puppet masters. And the puppets will flail around in a panic to save themselves, to try and operate on their own, but really, what can they do? They are exposed. Their strings have been severed. They have no hope for restoring their former prestige and power. They are sitting ducks with no cover, nowhere to run and nowhere to hide.
37 Mark the blameless man, and behold the upright;
Psalm 37:37-38
For the man of peace will have a posterity.
38 But transgressors will be altogether destroyed;
The posterity of the wicked will be cut off.
Incredible and impossible things are made possible when your desire and your pursuits are directed to Me and attuned to the same frequencies that matter to Me. You will see that your desire for Me, your pursuit of Me will catalyze earth shaking change for the people, for the world. Don’t think that your part is too small, that your offering is not worthy.
10 Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, so that there may be food in My house, and test Me now in this,” says the Lord of hosts, “if I will not open for you the windows of heaven and pour out for you a blessing until it overflows. 11 Then I will rebuke the devourer for you, so that it will not destroy the fruits of the ground; nor will your vine in the field cast its grapes,” says the Lord of hosts. 12 “All the nations will call you blessed, for you shall be a delightful land,” says the Lord of hosts.
Malachi 3:10-12
Watch what I can do with the one mite you bring. And watch as I cause your resources to grow and multiply and become wildly overflowing, because of what you gave. Offer what you have, it’s all I want. It’s all I need to change you and to transform the world.
How to Respond
- Make the decision to direct your desire and pursuit to the Lord. He promises to transform you and to give you the same desires He has — for righteousness, purity, truth, justice and love.
- Pray, Lord, for those on the side of wickedness, I ask that they would turn to you, that none would be lost. I ask that You sync my heart up with Yours to pursue those things that You’ve put inside me to do.
- Declare, desire for the Lord and pursuit of the Lord is the key to changing the world. I am accepting the Lord’s invitation to turn my heart toward Him and have Him transform me.
- Decree, those on the side of evil, wickedness and darkness stand no chance. Those with the Lord are positioned to destroy the source and lifeblood of the wickedness we see around us and to sever all ties to those under its control, rendering them powerless. God and His people will be victorious, and the forever loser will lose again.
