Today’s Reading:
Jude 1
“From Judah, a loving servant of Jesus, the Anointed One, and brother of Jacob. I’m writing to the chosen ones who are wrapped in the love of Father God—kept and guarded for Jesus, the Messiah. May God’s mercy, peace, and love cascade over you! Dearly loved friend, I was fully intending to write to you about our amazing salvation we all participate in, but felt the need instead to challenge you to vigorously defend and contend for the beliefs that we cherish. For God, through the apostles, has once for all entrusted these truths to his holy believers.”
Jude (Judah) 1:1-3 TPT
The Lord says,
Hope. Hope for a future. Hope for promises fulfilled. Hope for attaining long sought after goals. Hope for seeing prayers answered and prodigals come home. I Am imparting a fresh wind of hope into hearts for dreams to come true, and the wind that follows this impartation of hope is fulfillment itself. Fill yourself full with the hope I Am blowing, breathing, releasing. Fill yourself with the most glorious hope. Strengthen yourself in your most holy faith. Build yourself up. Allow yourself to be encouraged. Don’t ward off encouragement. Don’t brace for the worst. Don’t ward off this fresh breeze of hope I Am imparting. Take it in. Receive it. Breathe it in deeply and exhale it for others. Become a living exporter of hope.
“But you, my delightfully loved friends, constantly and progressively build yourselves up on the foundation of your most holy faith by praying every moment in the Spirit. Fasten your hearts to the love of God and receive the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ, who gives us eternal life. Keep being compassionate to those who still have doubts, and snatch others out of the fire to save them. Be merciful over and over to them, but always couple your mercy with the fear of God. Be extremely careful to keep yourselves free from the pollutions of the flesh.”
Jude (Judah) 1:20-23 TPT
Build yourself up in your most holy faith, and don’t let go. Don’t be overtaken by circumstances, by bad reports, by the contrary winds of opinion. Build yourself up in your most holy faith. Build yourself up in hope, and trust that I will break through. Trust that I will breathe new, sparkling resurrection life on your hopes, dreams, promises and even the long planted, seemingly long dead prayers and dreams. These too I will resurrect. These too I will breathe real resurrection life on. These too I will cause to rise like the dry bones that Ezekiel spoke to in the desert valley. They will rise, they will live and they will march at My command. You ask, can He do it again? Yes, and even more than this. I can do it again, and I will do it. This resurrection will have more joy, more unbridled joy, more laughter, more bubbling over excitement added to it than you can fathom.
“Now, to the one with enough power to prevent you from stumbling into sin and bring you faultless before his glorious presence to stand before him with ecstatic delight, to the only God our Savior, through our Lord Jesus Christ, be endless glory and majesty, great power and authority—from before he created time, now, and throughout all the ages of eternity. Amen!”
Jude (Judah) 1:24-25 TPT
My wind of hope is blowing in to breathe on you, on these dreams, on these promises, on these desires. And then the wind of My grace for fulfillment will blow in like a powerful gale force wind behind this gentle encouraging breeze of hope. Don’t batten down the hatches. Don’t brace yourself for disappointment. Just breathe in deeply the air from My breeze of hope, and wait faithfully to be knocked over by My powerful wind of grace for fulfillment. I can do it, and I will do it. Yours is to believe and breathe and watch. Yours will be to breathe it in, to experience all that I have for you, all that has been held back for so long — to receive, to glory and bask in it and to celebrate. The days of outrageous thanksgiving marches, the days of parades honoring Me are nigh.
How to Respond
- Stir up hope in the Lord.
- Play and sing songs of worship, of hope and thanksgiving.
- Pray, Lord thank You for sending Your breeze of encouragement and hope; and thank You for promising to send Your powerful wind of grace for fulfillment.
- Declare, the Lord is sending His encouraging breeze of hope and powerful gale force winds of resurrection life and fulfillment.
- Decree, I will allow the Lord to encourage me and fill me with hope. I will be one who exports hope to those around me. I will build myself up in my most holy faith. And I will be one who is blasted by and receives the powerful wind of resurrection and fulfillment from the Lord.
