Today’s Reading:
Psalm 40-41
40 I waited patiently for the Lord;
Psalm 40:1-4
And He inclined to me and heard my cry.
2 He brought me up out of the pit of destruction, out of the miry clay,
And He set my feet upon a rock making my footsteps firm.
3 He put a new song in my mouth, a song of praise to our God;
Many will see and fear
And will trust in the Lord.
4 How blessed is the man who has made the Lord his trust,
And has not turned to the proud, nor to those who lapse into falsehood.
The Spirit of the Lord says,
Resurrection is surging. New, energetic, unbridled life is surging. New voices are emerging, as if from nowhere, as if suddenly. A chorus of voices is emerging, and their song is truth. They sing in powerful, bold sweet harmony from hearts of righteousness and purity, and their song is truth. Truth is rising from hearts, lungs, voices and lips. Truth is rising up like incense before Me. Truth is rising up like a thick cloud of weighty perfume. The fragrance and the tangible reality of truth is rising from united voices and hearts. Truth is coming out from the dark place, from the hidden place, from the timid place, and truth is being brandished like a large shining belt buckle in the spirit.
7 Then I said, “Behold, I come;
Psalm 40:7-10
In the scroll of the book it is written of me.
8 I delight to do Your will, O my God;
Your Law is within my heart.”
9 I have proclaimed glad tidings of righteousness in the great congregation;
Behold, I will not restrain my lips,
O Lord, You know.
10 I have not hidden Your righteousness within my heart;
I have spoken of Your faithfulness and Your salvation;
I have not concealed Your lovingkindness and Your truth from the great congregation.
Truth is not here to tickle ears. Truth is here and is rising to activate feet and hands. This rising sound of truth has come, and in it is a great activation. Truth is both the starting blocks and the starting shot. The call and the sound of truth is fortifying, emboldening as it resounds. Truth emboldens the speaker and the hearer, and truth activates as it rings out. Truth is no longer stirring. Truth is rising, ringing, resounding, activating and running. Truth has escaped the hearts, the hidden places, the quiet and the timid places. Now truth is out boldly on display and will be further emboldened. Truth is multiplying and amplifying. Truth is magnifying My Name, My ways and My Kingdom. Truth is a mighty force to be reckoned with, and now that truth is in motion, nothing can stop what is coming.
11 By this I know that You are pleased with me,
Psalm 41:11-13
Because my enemy does not shout in triumph over me.
12 As for me, You uphold me in my integrity,
And You set me in Your presence forever.
13 Blessed be the Lord, the God of Israel,
From everlasting to everlasting.
Amen and Amen.
Truth has left the starting blocks and is winning the race. Truth’s relay partner is change, and the handoff from truth to change is flawless. Change barrels forth and passes the baton to warring victory. The three of them will stand atop the podium together — truth, change and warring victory.
Truth is rising in unity. Truth is spreading, and truth is activating. You will hear truth. You will see change. You will experience and stand as one with warring victory.
How to Respond
- Speak and agree with only truth. Let there be no false way or word in you.
- Pray, Holy Spirit, thank You for causing Your people to rise in unity and in truth, for the cause of truth and righteousness. Lord, let us hear words that are true, stories that are true and news that is true. Cause the truth to come forth, and make the lies fall to the ground. Cause a great activation of change, and send Your warring angels to go before us and fight alongside us, so we can experience great victory.
- Declare, the Lord is truth, and He is causing truth to rise, truth to be told and sung. He is releasing a sound of truth in unity, and truth is activating change and warring victory.
- Decree, truth is rising. I will speak and sing songs of truth. I will hear truth. I will see change. I will experience and glory in warring victory.
