Today’s Reading:
Isaiah 66

8 “Who has heard such a thing? Who has seen such things?
Can a land be born in one day?
Can a nation be brought forth all at once?
As soon as Zion travailed, she also brought forth her sons.

Isaiah 66:8

The Spirit of the Lord says,
Resurrection and change have been decreed. My messenger angels are delivering this decree through the earth and to the ends of the earth. As this message of hope, victory and startling change reaches the hands of individuals, they will be overcome with emotion. Can this much good news happen in a day? Can this much good change come in a single letter? My angels are dispatched with My decree. Resurrection and change are en route to all peoples, even to the ends of the earth. This is a decree for change. This is a decree of a mighty overturning, a shocking reversal and an unforeseen turnaround. This decree is like a deed that makes all things right. This is a deed that brings truth and reality into alignment. This decree will stop people in their tracks and cause them to gasp. It will cause hearts to skip a beat, and it will cause all of the air to be sucked out of the lungs of some. Change is out for delivery. It is unexpected, and it is good. It is so good.

10 “Be joyful with Jerusalem and rejoice for her, all you who love her;
Be exceedingly glad with her, all you who mourn over her,

Isaiah 66:10

Change will come marching in like a troop, like an occupying force that fears nothing and no one. Change will just stand here and occupy. Change will occupy the whole world for weeks and weeks and weeks. This change will be a stabilizing change, where suddenly the earth gets steady again. Suddenly, though change is an occupying force, it brings calm and quiet again.

12 For thus says the Lord, “Behold, I extend peace to her like a river,
And the glory of the nations like an overflowing stream;
And you will be nursed, you will be carried on the hip and fondled on the knees.
13 “As one whom his mother comforts, so I will comfort you;
And you will be comforted in Jerusalem.”
14 Then you will see this, and your heart will be glad,
And your bones will flourish like the new grass;
And the hand of the Lord will be made known to His servants,
But He will be indignant toward His enemies.

Isaiah 66:12-14

The resurrection that is going out in My decree is what precedes the change. The resurrection causes the celebrations. The resurrection causes the heart-stopping outrageous chants of victory and marching in the streets. This resurrection will cause much activity. Many will scream and shriek in panic and horror, but the lovers of truth will glory in the glory of this glorious resurrection. The resurrection precedes the stabilizing occupying forces of change. Get your hopes up. Get your expectations up. Look for My angelic messengers who bring good news, who bring the best news.
