Today’s Reading:
Isaiah 59-60
7 Their feet run to evil,
Isaiah 59:7-11
And they hasten to shed innocent blood;
Their thoughts are thoughts of iniquity,
Devastation and destruction are in their highways.
8 They do not know the way of peace,
And there is no justice in their tracks;
They have made their paths crooked,
Whoever treads on them does not know peace.
9 Therefore justice is far from us,
And righteousness does not overtake us;
We hope for light, but behold, darkness,
For brightness, but we walk in gloom.
10 We grope along the wall like blind men,
We grope like those who have no eyes;
We stumble at midday as in the twilight,
Among those who are vigorous we are like dead men.
11 All of us growl like bears,
And moan sadly like doves;
We hope for justice, but there is none,
For salvation, but it is far from us.
The Spirit of the Lord says,
The forces of darkness will be overcome. I will blow them in like a gentle but powerful spring storm that brings a great clearing to the land — washing the toxic waste and the darkness from the land and the streets. I Am bringing healing. I will heal your land. I will put the pieces back together where they have been broken, fractured and even demolished. I will restore all. I will restore all that the locusts have eaten, all that the enemy has stolen and destroyed.
14 Justice is turned back,
Isaiah 59:14-17
And righteousness stands far away;
For truth has stumbled in the street,
And uprightness cannot enter.
15 Yes, truth is lacking;
And he who turns aside from evil makes himself a prey.
Now the Lord saw,
And it was displeasing in His sight that there was no justice.
16 And He saw that there was no man,
And was astonished that there was no one to intercede;
Then His own arm brought salvation to Him,
And His righteousness upheld Him.
17 He put on righteousness like a breastplate,
And a helmet of salvation on His head;
And He put on garments of vengeance for clothing
And wrapped Himself with zeal as a mantle.
This is a time of seven-fold increase. My restoration will come with a seven-fold recompense — a great wave of recompense and justice for all that the enemy has stolen, for all that has been lost to the darkness. This is the time of the seven-fold reward, and the seven-fold recompense. Reward is coming for all who have stood and withstood. My seven-fold reward is coming. And for all who have endured, stood and suffered loss, I Am likewise bringing a seven-fold recompense. This is the time of the seven-fold recompense and the seven-fold reward.
18 According to their deeds, so He will repay,
Isaiah 59:18-21
Wrath to His adversaries, recompense to His enemies;
To the coastlands He will make recompense.
19 So they will fear the name of the Lord from the west
And His glory from the rising of the sun,
For He will come like a rushing stream
Which the wind of the Lord drives.
20 “A Redeemer will come to Zion,
And to those who turn from transgression in Jacob,” declares the Lord.
21 “As for Me, this is My covenant with them,” says the Lord: “My Spirit which is upon you, and My words which I have put in your mouth shall not depart from your mouth, nor from the mouth of your offspring, nor from the mouth of your offspring’s offspring,” says the Lord, “from now and forever.”
Champions and lovers will be called out by My Spirit. They are marked in the Spirit, because they are with Me and they have stood and withstood through the onslaught. This is My season of regeneration and table turning. What the enemy meant for evil and destruction, I will use not only for good but for a final checkmate. Where he was raising himself up as victor and the one who reigns, I will cause him to fall into his own trap and for the hole to be covered up on top of him. This is the time of Haman’s gallows coming for the family of Haman. This is a time of Mordechais rising, of Esthers rising, of Davids rising and of a great and mighty roar!! This is a season of recompense. This is a season of great, powerful, sudden reversal that slams like an iron the door on the past.
60 “Arise, shine; for your light has come,
Isaiah 60:1-4, 14-15
And the glory of the Lord has risen upon you.
2 “For behold, darkness will cover the earth
And deep darkness the peoples;
But the Lord will rise upon you
And His glory will appear upon you.
3 “Nations will come to your light,
And kings to the brightness of your rising.
4 “Lift up your eyes round about and see;
They all gather together, they come to you.
Your sons will come from afar,
And your daughters will be carried in the arms.
14 “The sons of those who afflicted you will come bowing to you,
And all those who despised you will bow themselves at the soles of your feet;
And they will call you the city of the Lord,
The Zion of the Holy One of Israel.
15 “Whereas you have been forsaken and hated
With no one passing through,
I will make you an everlasting pride,
A joy from generation to generation.
This is a season of sudden, breathtaking disorienting and surprising change. The tables are turning and the tables are flipping. I will turn some tables, and I will flip some tables. The money changers will be scattered and left scrounging on the pavement for change. I Am disrupting the money changers, and I Am causing them to be the ones who are without, who go without. Justice is Mine, and justice is here. I Am banging My gavel of justice now. All rise, the judge and king is here! Judgement is forthcoming and recompense is near. Stand fast. My reward is near.
How to Respond
- Faith for change is here. Stir up faith for change in your spirit, and agree with the Lord that He will absolutely deliver judgement, vengeance, recompense and reward.
- Pray, Lord let it be as You have said. Bring the justice and repayment that this season of exposure and darkness is proving to be needed. Hide us under the shadow of Your wings, even as You deliver judgment to those to who sided and partnered with evil against Your people, especially Your little ones. Bring Your perfect justice to Earth Lord, and wash us clean from the toxicity, the turmoil and the darkness. Piece us back together and bring renewal, refreshing, recompense and reward. We love You Lord.
- Declare, Change, judgement, vengeance, refreshing, reward and recompense are all incoming. The Lord is breathing them, and He will bring them. Judgement and vengeance will strike those who have been operating in darkness and in opposition to the Lord. Reward and recompense will flood those who have stood and withstood in this time.
- Decree, I will see and experience the justice of the Lord. I will taste and see that the Lord is good, that His mercies endure forever. I will not despair, because I believe that I will taste the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living. I will arise and shine and be the light of the Lord in the darkness. With the Lord, I am more than a conqueror. I and my family, we will serve the Lord and we line up for battle on the side of the Lord.
