Isaiah 60
“But you are God’s chosen treasure —priests who are kings, a spiritual “nation” set apart as God’s devoted ones. He called you out of darkness to experience his marvelous light, and now he claims you as his very own. He did this so that you would broadcast his glorious wonders throughout the world. For at one time you were not God’s people, but now you are. At one time you knew nothing of God’s mercy, because you hadn’t received it yet, but now you are drenched with it!”

The Spirit of the Lord says,
Joy, pure joy. Fountains of joy overflowing, gushing wildly and intoxicating all who get near them, who get sprinkled with the gushing waters of joy. Joy in turbulence. You can carry My explosive, vibrant joy amidst much turmoil and confusion. You are my carriers of light and oil. I have set you as watchmen on the watch tower. I have set you high above the fray, the noise, the tumult and confusion. I have given you an up higher perspective and a stable vantage point. I have put assignments in your heart. The oil is fuel for the fire of My purity and holiness. You are to pour oil on the fire of My purity and holiness. You are to stir up men and women for good deeds in their most holy faith. You are to champion righteousness and justice. You are to be valiant, outspoken, very vocal warriors for true peace, for holiness, for purity, for truth.
60 “Arise, shine; for your light has come,
Isaiah 60:1-3
And the glory of the Lord has risen upon you.
2 “For behold, darkness will cover the earth
And deep darkness the peoples;
But the Lord will rise upon you
And His glory will appear upon you.
3 “Nations will come to your light,
And kings to the brightness of your rising.
You are bringing the oil and the flame. You are the ones I have charged with setting the world on fire for righteousness, truth and justice. You are the ones I Am calling as a consecrated priesthood to be living examples of purity and holiness. You are to stir up a great deep desire in the people for purity and holiness, to be set aside for Me, to be set aside in righteousness, to stand out as ones who are holy, who are worthy to bear My Name. This is a dark time, and I have called you to arise in the darkness and remain vigilant amidst the darkness. I have called you to be bold, unapologetic, unashamed and unafraid in the darkness. I have equipped you as carriers of My fiery flames of passion and light and the oil that burns for justice, truth and righteousness, that is a mighty unexpected accelerant to set the world on fire for those.
“My old identity has been co-crucified with Christ and no longer lives. And now the essence of this new life is no longer mine, for the Anointed One lives his life through me—we live in union as one! My new life is empowered by the faith of the Son of God who loves me so much that he gave himself for me, dispensing his life into mine!”
Galatians 2:20 TPT
You are My royal priesthood, a great body of believers, witnesses and kings, set aside and commissioned to bear light and accelerate the desire for truth, righteousness and justice, to instigate the burning for holiness. How you say? How? Because that is what I Am doing inside of you. You carry this capacity, because you are My temple. Behave accordingly. Be bold accordingly. Operate in great faith accordingly. You have been crucified with Christ. These are the days of fire and fanning the flames. These are the days of the oil being poured out for the flame. These are the days of a mighty, fiery acceleration toward change.
How to Respond
- Choose to be a champion for truth, righteousness and justice.
- Determine to live in purity and holiness, consecrated to the Lord.
- Pray, Holy Spirit thank You for equipping me with the fire and the oil. Help me to live in boldness and purity. Help me to be one who spurs others along in work You have called them to do. Bring me alongside others who have accepted this call to be a member of Your royal priesthood of believers. Help us to work together in purity, in faith, in obedience and with great passion for Your Name. Help us to ignite tremendous passion for righteousness, truth, justice, purity and holiness. Accelerate us to that great day.
- Declare, the Earth is the Lord’s and the fullness thereof. He has called us to purity and holiness. He has made us a royal priesthood, and He has commissioned us for good works that He prepared for us in advance.
- Decree, I will be one who ascends the hill of the Lord with clean hands, a pure heart and clean lips. I will be one who is about My Father’s business. I will be one who boldly stands for truth, righteousness and justice and fans the flames for those. I will see the world have a mighty uncontrolled acceleration toward truth, righteousness, justice, purity and holiness.
