Romans 10
“But the faith-righteousness we receive speaks to us in these words of Moses: “God’s living message is very close to you, as close as your own heart beating in your chest and as near as the tongue in your mouth.””

The Spirit of the Lord says,
Revival is in the air. Revival is hovering, floating, riding on the breeze. It’s so available. It’s so reachable. All you must do is reach up and pull it right down to you — to your heart, your life. Remember that old song, that old prayer for revival that said, let it start with me? It must start in your heart, in your life. You must be the transformed one. You must be the radiant with joy one. You must be the living, breathing example of change. You must be one who glows and radiates, beams with My Presence. You must be the shining one. The way to broadcast revival is to be revival. Be walking, breathing, skipping, laughing, holy hands and feet revival. Let it start with you. It can only start with Me.
“And what is God’s “living message”? It is the revelation of faith for salvation, which is the message that we preach. For if you publicly declare with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will experience salvation. The heart that believes in him receives the gift of the righteousness of God—and then the mouth confesses, resulting in salvation. For the Scriptures encourage us with these words: “Everyone who believes in him will never be disappointed.””
Romans 10:9-11 TPT
The time is shifting. It is shifting into a new time. It is shifting into a new way and a new day. The decay, chaos, wickedness and turmoil can all be left behind. It must be left behind. You must choose to leave it behind. Leave it having learned from Lot’s wife that you’re not to look back. How can you look back when the present is My Presence, and the future is filled with glorious, vibrant, stunning life that’s teeming with possibilities? This dark age has nothing more for you. Choose revival. Grasp it in your hands. Put it on as a cloak, and be the change. Be the changed one. Be a living reflection of the Lord your God. Live in joy. Pure joy. Delight in hope. Do not keep it for yourself. You couldn’t if you tried. The joy of salvation, the joy of revival, the joy of My Presence is always better when shared. Testimony is the natural outpouring of revival. Watch as testimony spills forth and transforms the landscape.
“And it’s true: “Everyone who calls on the Lord’s name will experience new life.” But how can people call on him for help if they’ve not yet believed? And how can they believe in one they’ve not yet heard of? And how can they hear the message of life if there is no one there to proclaim it? And how can the message be proclaimed if messengers have yet to be sent? That’s why the Scriptures say: How welcome is the arrival of those proclaiming the joyful news of peace and of good things to come! But not everyone welcomes the good news, as Isaiah said: Lord, is there anyone who hears and believes our message? Faith, then, is birthed in a heart that responds to God’s anointed utterance of the Anointed One.”

Testimony will be the change. Revival is the catalyst, and testimony will be the change. Testimony will literally change the world before your eyes. Testimony will literally be the breath of resurrection power. Testimony will go forth, and it will touch something dead, decaying and putrid, and it will bring it into wholeness, full heath and vibrant life. This is the power of testimony. Testimony is the breath of resurrection life. You will see change unfurling as far as the eye can see and beyond. It will happen with the word of your testimony — as you breathe the breath of resurrection life on the world around you.
How to Respond
- Pray, Holy Spirit come. Hover over me. Help me to see and grasp revival for myself. Help me to be a living, breathing broadcast of revival. Let it start with me. Help me to leave the now, the soon-to-be past completely behind and walk with abandon into the joy of Your Presence. I want more of You Lord. I want the word of my testimony to breathe resurrection life onto the world around me. I want to be one of those who changes the world with the words of my testimony.
- Declare, revival is in the air. Revival is available, and a new dawn is breaking.
- Decree, revival will start with me. I will be a change agent who carries the glory of the Lord. I will be a living representation of revival, and my testimony will breathe resurrection life into the people and world around me.
