Philippians 3
“But we long to see you passionately advance until the end and you find your hope fulfilled. So don’t allow your hearts to grow dull or lose your enthusiasm, but follow the example of those who fully received what God has promised because of their strong faith and patient endurance.”
Hebrews 6:11-12 TPT
The Spirit of the Living God says,
My grace is sufficient for you. My power is made perfect in weakness. Walk forward in your weakness. Walk forward in your struggle. Walk forward in your pain. I Am with you. I Am with you always, even to the end of the age. My favor is rolling out like a red carpet before you, and My grace is there to guide the way and provide wind at your back. I Am leading you and moving you forward. Don’t stop. Don’t pause. This is not a time for sightseeing. This is a time for determined, steady, unrelenting forward motion. This is the time to advance. This is the time to take ground and unapologetically occupy it.
“I admit that I haven’t yet acquired the absolute fullness that I’m pursuing, but I run with passion into his abundance so that I may reach the purpose for which Christ Jesus laid hold of me to make me his own. I don’t depend on my own strength to accomplish this; however I do have one compelling focus: I forget all of the past as I fasten my heart to the future instead. I run straight for the divine invitation of reaching the heavenly goal and gaining the victory-prize through the anointing of Jesus. So let all who are fully mature have this same passion, and if anyone is not yet gripped by these desires, God will reveal it to them. And let us all advance together to reach this victory-prize, following one path with one passion.”

My favor is charting the path, and My grace will get you there. Keep going. It may feel hard. Notice how even though it seems difficult, if you are operating in My favor and grace, the weight on your shoulders is light. It’s because I Am with you. I Am bearing your burdens. I’m calling you to obedience and unrelenting forward motion. Now is not a time to let up. Now is not a time to slow down. Now is the time to pick a steady pace and keep it. I may even prod you to pick up the pace. This is a time for taking ground. My favor is laying the groundwork. It is plotting the path and unfurling the road in front of you — so you can occupy, so you can advance, so you can stake your claim. This is not a time for internecine warfare. This is a time to know that the target is the territory. The target is taking ground.
“It is very common for people to swear an oath by something greater than themselves, for the oath will confirm their statements and end all dispute. So in the same way, God wanted to end all doubt and confirm it even more forcefully to those who would inherit his promises. His purpose was unchangeable, so God added his vow to the promise. So it is impossible for God to lie for we know that his promise and his vow will never change! And now we have run into his heart to hide ourselves in his faithfulness. This is where we find his strength and comfort, for he empowers us to seize what has already been established ahead of time—an unshakable hope! We have this certain hope like a strong, unbreakable anchor holding our souls to God himself. Our anchor of hope is fastened to the mercy seat in the heavenly realm beyond the sacred threshold, and where Jesus, our forerunner, has gone in before us. He is now and forever our royal Priest like Melchizedek.”
Hebrews 6:16-20 TPT
My heart is for you. My pledge is to you, because you have pledged yourself to Me. Move forward in grace. Take the ground on which I have caused you to set your sights. Take the ground for which I have laid the vision plainly in your heart. This is a time to advance and to occupy. My grace is going before you and pushing you forward. Get in sync with My grace. Get into the slipstream of My grace. The territory you have in your heart is ripe for the taking.
How to Respond
- Be busy about your Father’s business. Don’t get distracted, and don’t delay obedience.
- Pray, Holy Spirit thank You for Your favor that is laying the groundwork and setting the path before me. Thank You for Your grace that is guiding me and supporting my quick and steady advancement. Help me to remain on track. Help me to remain faithful. Help me to keep up the pace and to hide Myself in You for rest, for strength, for encouragement and for a refreshing of the vision when I need it. Everything I need can be found in You. Help me to do my part Lord and take the territory You have called me to take. Thank You for preparing the way and for making it ripe for the taking. My job is steady and determined obedience.
- Declare, the Earth is the Lord’s and the fullness thereof. He creates the times and seasons, and He is making a way where there was no way. He is the God of the impossible, and He is setting the path before me. He is the great enabler, and He is guiding me step by step. He is the great empower-er, and He is strengthening me as I move steadily forward taking the territory He has placed on my heart.
- Decree, I will move in determined, unwavering, steady obedience to the Lord. I will continue to move forward, and I will bless the Lord all the way for His favor and His grace and His Presence. I will take the territory the Lord has placed on my heart. I will walk by faith and not by sight. I will not be drawn off track by distractions, curiosities or disagreements. I will faithfully move forward, because my mission is to take the territory the Lord placed in my heart.
