Then the Lord spoke to Moses saying, “Send out for yourself men so that they may spy out the land of Canaan, which I am going to give to the sons of Israel; you shall send a man from each of their fathers’ tribes, every one a leader among them.”
Numbers 13:1-2 NASB1995
I heard the Spirit of the Living God say,
Chosen ones — chosen because of your heart, chosen for living with Me as your heart’s delight. I have chosen you for great exploits in the Earth. You have the assignment of the twelve spies. I Am sending you out in advance of the people to see and survey the Promised Land. You will leave the manna behind and taste and see the abundant variety of My goodness in the land of the giants, in the land that I have promised and in which I have prepared for you to dwell. Look at the giants as Caleb did, and say too that they will be bread for us. I have given you the spirit of a conqueror. You are more than a conqueror, so look boldly and with great faith at the promise, at the days ahead — and laugh in confidence, because I Am with you. I have sent you in ahead of the people, the masses.
When they returned from spying out the land, at the end of forty days, they proceeded to come to Moses and Aaron and to all the congregation of the sons of Israel in the wilderness of Paran, at Kadesh; and they brought back word to them and to all the congregation and showed them the fruit of the land. Thus they told him, and said, “We went in to the land where you sent us; and it certainly does flow with milk and honey, and this is its fruit. Nevertheless, the people who live in the land are strong, and the cities are fortified and very large; and moreover, we saw the descendants of Anak there. Amalek is living in the land of the Negev and the Hittites and the Jebusites and the Amorites are living in the hill country, and the Canaanites are living by the sea and by the side of the Jordan.” Then Caleb quieted the people before Moses and said, “We should by all means go up and take possession of it, for we will surely overcome it.”

You are not just to come back with a report. You are to come back with a winning war strategy to overtake the giants and occupy the land. This is the time for establishment and occupation. This is the time for My chosen ones to advance beyond the first victory and to conquer, to take land beyond that for others to occupy and beyond that and yet beyond that. There are five hills to occupy, five zones and territories to occupy in this season that are marked by these five hills. Do not stop at the first or the second, or at the third or the fourth. I want you to push all the way through to the end of the fifth territory — to the other side, the far side of the fifth hill.
I have given you the grace to conquer. I Am releasing to you — the ones with eyes of faith — the needed winning war strategies. One and then the next and then the next. To win you must war. To war you must advance. My grace is here to advance, to war, to conquer and to win. This will be the rhythm of the next season.
I am still as strong today as I was in the day Moses sent me; as my strength was then, so my strength is now, for war and for going out and coming in. Now then, give me this hill country about which the Lord spoke on that day, for you heard on that day that Anakim were there, with great fortified cities; perhaps the Lord will be with me, and I will drive them out as the Lord has spoken.

Through the end of the year, you will be in a time of strategy, advancement, warring and winning. To spy you must come up higher. You must climb up to the high place and sit with Me, dwell with Me and receive winning war strategies. Do not rely on your own strength at any point. Do not get cocky. Do not assume you can advance without My word, insight or perspective. Only My strategy is the winning strategy for full, comprehensive victory. Do not be baited into false alliances, and do not make deals with evil. Remain firmly planted in this up higher place with Me in the Spirit, so you can advance purposefully, truly, directly to the heart of the matter, conquer it and win the victory. Others will come behind you to occupy, because I Am calling you forward to the next battle. Do not get weary of battle. Relish in it. Expect it, and gain strength from it. Humility and communion is the way forward. When you go this way, I will fight your battles, and you will conquer, win and secure every victory In Jesus’s Name.
How to Respond
- Pray, Holy Spirit help me to hear Your voice. Help me to remain in the place of humility and communion with You, so I can receive winning war strategies. I need Your direction, insight and Presence. I don’t want to get ahead of You or make assumptions or deals that are outside of Your will. Help me to be entwined as one with You, so I can win every victory in Jesus’s Name.

- Decree, this is a time of spying, strategy, advancing, warring and occupying. I will draw near to the Lord, and He will impart strategy. He will go before me, behind me and be my wraparound shield. As I stay close to Him, fully and quickly obeying His instruction, I will win every victory. I will not slow down or stop until I have gotten to the far side of the fifth hill in the five territories of battle He has prepared for me to take.
