How enriched you are when you crave righteousness! For you will be satisfied.
Matthew 5:6 TPT
I heard the Spirit of the Living God of justice and righteousness who rules and reigns forever say,
The clouds are gathering. Storm clouds are overhead. The storm is upon you, and more and more clouds, a greater wave of storms, a line of storms will be added to it. This is the decade of difference. And the difference is the exposure, the cleansing and the increasing, gnawing hungering and thirsting of the people for righteousness, for truth and for freedom.
You brought me back from the brink of death, from the depths below. Now here I am, alive and well, fully restored! O sing and make melody, you steadfast lovers of God. Give thanks to him every time you reflect on his holiness! I’ve learned that his anger lasts for a moment, but his loving favor lasts a lifetime! We may weep through the night, but at daybreak it will turn into shouts of ecstatic joy.
Psalms 30:3-5 TPT
Joy comes in the morning, and every day will have a bright morning for My people — though the storm is overhead. If you look with spiritual eyes you can see a great line of storms even behind this ongoing one, but the sun — even still — is shining on My lovers and will not fail to do so. As the storms increase, ebb and resurge, turn and face the sun, glory and bask in the sun and all your ways will be healed.
I am convinced that any suffering we endure is less than nothing compared to the magnitude of glory that is about to be unveiled within us. The entire universe is standing on tiptoe, yearning to see the unveiling of God’s glorious sons and daughters!
Romans 8:18-19 TPT
This is the time of when the righteous are revealed. This is the time of the testing and trying of men’s souls as with fire, so we can see what remains after the fire, after the forging, after the quenching. The aim of the fire is for you to come out molded in My desired form and strengthened beyond your original capacity. I want men and women after My heart. I want men and women who can handle the heat of the fire without losing their integrity, without losing their purpose, without losing an understanding of who they are. The fire is bringing the forging, and the forging is strengthening and sharpening those who will continue to bend in My hands, who will continue to humble themselves and submit to the shaping of My hands and My words and remain soft towards My heart.
Praise God, all you peoples. Praise him everywhere and let everyone know you love him! There’s no doubt about it: God holds our lives safely in his hands. He’s the one who keeps us faithfully following him. O Lord, we have passed through your fire; like precious metal made pure, you’ve proved us, perfected us, and made us holy.
Psalms 66:8-10 TPT
With the storms come the fire and the forging. I intend for My lovers to come out with stiffened spines made of steel and eyes that blaze for me, with mouths that roar and whose words burn up the dross of the lies in the atmosphere. I’m forging stronger weapons made of steel. For those who are accustomed to submitting and yielding to My hands, even as I pass them through the fire, this will not feel like a time of excessive testing. But it will feel different. They will leave the testing different, dripping with greater anointing, greater vision, greater purpose and carrying more strength and power than they ever knew they had. This is a time of trying as with fire that causes the emerging of My burning ones made of steel.
How to Respond
- Submit to the Lord. Obey His voice fully and quickly.
- Pray, Holy Spirit help me to live in a posture of submission to You. I want to follow Your instruction, and I want to come out of this period of global exposure, cleansing and testing stronger and more purified, carrying more power than I ever knew I could.
- Declare, Great is the Lord, and worthy of all glory, honor and praise.
- Decree, I will yield to the Master Craftsman. I will allow Him to mold me, shape me, refine me and fill me afresh. I will come out of this period of testing with a spine of steel, with eyes on fire for My King, with a softened heart and with a mouth that blazes with truth and burns up the lies of the enemy.
