5 Gaze upon him, join your life with his, and joy will come.
Your faces will glisten with glory.
You’ll never wear that shame-face again.

Psalm 34:5

The Lord says,
Trust and quick obedience are keys in these days. Uncertainty surrounds you, so cling to Me in trust that I will protect, provide and deliver. Keep your eyes on Me, and you will not be overtaken by the winds, the spinning and the chaos. Keep your eyes on Me, and you will not get disoriented. You won’t stumble or fall. You will stand tall as the wind whips all around you, safe and secure, unmoved by the spinning and the chaos, firmly planted as a winter soldier.


8 With passion I pursue and cling to you.
Because I feel your grip on my life,
I keep my soul close to your heart.

Psalm 63:8

As the wind and the the spinning and the chaos dies down, you will walk forward in great confidence, because your eyes never left Mine. Your faith held. Your feet were firmly planted, and now they are loosed to walk forward in confidence, in full assurance that I Am the One beckoning you forward. I Am calling you out from a a static position of trust, to an active posture of of faith. It’s vital to stay connected to Me. It’s vital to keep your eyes on Me, so you know what season we are in, so you know what position I’ve called you to.


2 I’m energized every time I enter
your heavenly sanctuary to seek more of your power
and drink in more of your glory.
3 For your tender mercies mean more to me than life itself.
How I love and praise you, God!

Psalm 63:2-3

With My help, you will light fires that thaw out the winter for others. Though the winter has ended for you, it may linger for others. I will call you into work with Me that thaws out the vestiges of winter that others are experiencing and pulls forth spring and pulls us forth into a new day.

Partner with Me.
Stay focused and tuned in to Me. I treasure our partnership and your readiness and willingness to work with Me. This is the partnership that I desire. This is the close connection and intimacy that I desire. This is what it is for you to dwell in My house, in My Presence, gaining wisdom and favor just as a benefit of connection and Presence.


8 Drink deeply of the pleasures of this God.
Experience for yourself the joyous mercies he gives
to all who turn to hide themselves in him.
9 Worship in awe and wonder, all you who’ve been made holy!
For all who fear him will feast with plenty.
10 Even the strong and the wealthy grow weak and hungry,
but those who passionately pursue the Lord
will never lack any good thing.

Psalm 34:8-10

Be one whose heart longs to dwell in My House forever. For these lovers of Mine, there is no lack no desire that doesn’t include Me.


4 Even when your path takes me through
the valley of deepest darkness,
fear will never conquer me, for you already have!
Your authority is my strength and my peace.
The comfort of your love takes away my fear.
I’ll never be lonely, for you are near.

Psalm 23:4

My hand protects you and creates safe boundaries to mark the edges of your wide open spacious place. I bring comfort to the lonely and hurting places. And I bless you in the Presence of those who hate you. I take great delight in blessing you, in partnering with you, in doing life with you. I Am inviting you to come do life with Me. Would you invite Me too and dwell in My House forever?


How to Respond

  • Determine in your heart to keep your eyes focused on the Lord, come what may.
  • Recount His faithfulness to Israel in the Bible and to you in your own life.
  • Put a marker down that says that you will not fear; but you will live in determined trust, in faith, that the Lord will do what He promised.
  • Declare, “the Lord is doing and will do what He promised.”
  • Choose to be ready and to respond in quick obedience to His word, instruction and invitations.
  • Fill your heart with a great desire to partner with Him, to be in His Presence and to dwell in His house forever.
  • Invite Him to partner with you too.
