Today’s Reading:
Psalm 24

”Lift up your heads, O gates, And be lifted up, O ancient doors, That the King of glory may come in! Who is the King of glory? The Lord strong and mighty, The Lord mighty in battle.“

Psalms‬ ‭24‬:‭7‬-‭8‬ ‭NASB1995‬‬

The Spirit of the Living God says,
Truth rings eternal. Truth rings eternal, and My love endures forever. The truth of My Word resonates in your heart. The truth of anything resonates in your heart. Listen for the glory bells of truth. The glory bells of truth are ringing. They are declaring My arrival. They are preparing the way. As the glory bells of truth get loud, you get low. Let yourself bow low. Humble your heart, and get low at the announcement of the arrival of My Presence, My glory.

”Lift up your heads, O gates, And lift them up, O ancient doors, That the King of glory may come in! Who is this King of glory? The Lord of hosts, He is the King of glory. Selah.“

Psalms‬ ‭24‬:‭9‬-‭10‬ ‭NASB1995‬‬

Low is the way to my heart — not just low but very low. It’s the humble of spirit, the humble of heart that attract My Presence. Bow low. Your King is coming. Bow very low. Your king is near. This is a time of extreme humility. This is a time for your eyes to fill with wonder and your heart to burst with joy. Your King draws nigh. Have your lamp burning. The great arrival of your King is near. Humility is key in this time. It is the requirement for entry. Humble yourself and let your heart fill with anticipation, with joy. Let your eyes fill with wonder and expectation as the moment for My arrival draws near.

”Who may ascend into the hill of the Lord? And who may stand in His holy place? He who has clean hands and a pure heart, Who has not lifted up his soul to falsehood And has not sworn deceitfully. He shall receive a blessing from the Lord And righteousness from the God of his salvation. This is the generation of those who seek Him, Who seek Your face—even Jacob. Selah.“

Psalms‬ ‭24‬:‭3‬-‭6‬ ‭NASB1995‬‬

This is a time of extraordinary reverence, humility and anticipation. The King of Glory draws near.

How to Respond

  • Humble yourself before the Lord. Stir up holy anticipation and wonder.
  • Pray, Holy Spirit come. Draw near to me as I bow low and draw near to You. I wait with longing and expectation at the arrival of Your Glory, Your Presence. Help me to keep my lips, heart and hands clean.
  • Declare, the Earth is the Lord’s and all it contains and all who dwell in it. He founded it upon the seas and established it on the rivers.
  • Decree, the Lord my God is the reigning, eternal King of Glory. No one is beside Him. None is like Him. The increase of His government knows no end. He rules and reigns forever.
