Rejoice with singing, you barren one! You who have never given birth, burst into a song of joy and shout, you who have never been in labor! For the deserted wife will have more children than the married one,” says Yahweh. “Increase is coming, so enlarge your tent and add extensions to your dwelling. Hold nothing back! Make the tent ropes longer and the pegs stronger. You will increase and spread out in every direction. Your sons and daughters will conquer nations and revitalize desolate cities. Do not fear, for your shame is no more. Do not be embarrassed, for you will not be disgraced. You will forget the inadequacy you felt in your youth and will no longer remember the shame of your widowhood. For your Maker is your husband; his name is Yahweh, Commander of Angel Armies! Your Kinsman-Redeemer is the Holy One of Israel! He has the title Mighty God of All the Earth!

I heard the Spirit of the Living God say,
Be in the place of expectancy. Be one who is operating in thanksgiving and speaking My testimonies — testimonies of how I have come through for you. Testimonies are the birthing ground for miracles. They charge the atmosphere with the power to deliver greater promises than the ones that have been spoken. Testimony is the seeding of faith into the atmosphere that enables Me to deliver greater promises. Testimony changes the molecular structure of the atmosphere, so My promises can be made manifest in this place.
Living within you is the Christ who floods you with the expectation of glory! This mystery of Christ, embedded within us, becomes a heavenly treasure chest of hope filled with the riches of glory for his people, and God wants everyone to know it! Christ is our message! We preach to awaken hearts and bring every person into the full understanding of truth. It has become my inspiration and passion in ministry to labor with a tireless intensity, with his power flowing through me, to present to every believer the revelation of being his perfect one in Jesus Christ.
Colossians 1:27-29 TPT
In this place of charging the atmosphere with My promises fulfilled, with testimonies of My goodness and faithfulness, even your enemies have to help you. This is a time of the demonstration of My promises with power. I want you demonstrating and testifying of My goodness, of My ability to purify and cleanse specific situations, specific lives, specific homes and families. And I have authorized you and empowered you with a prophetic anointing and with power to cleanse and refresh the atmosphere — making it ripe and ready, making it available for being flooded with the fulfillment of My promises. The space has been created. You have created it with your great, wide expectation. You have made the space for it in your life. Now testify. Testify of My goodness. Testify of how I always keep my promises.
A king speaks the revelation of truth, so he must be extraordinarily careful in the decrees that he makes.
Proverbs 16:10 TPT
Cleanse the atmosphere of all the pollutants of doubt, self-criticism, anxiety, worry and concern. And fill the atmosphere with the beautiful refreshing of My Spirit, of stories and testimonies of My faithfulness, of promises fulfilled. Do not re-pollute the air with words of doubt, with questions of how, with the uncertainty of a wave-tossed man wavering between faith and unbelief. No. In determination and with decisive action, engage the prophetic anointing I have given you and with which I have empowered you to cleanse and charge and change and refresh the atmosphere — to make it ripe for the appearance and the undeniable arrival of My Presence and My promises fulfilled.
At this I fell facedown at the angel’s feet to worship him, but he stopped me and said, “Don’t do this! For I am only a fellow servant with you and one of your brothers who clings to what Jesus testifies. Worship God. The testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.”

I have given you the authority and the space. You have already started the process with your great expectation and positioning. Now charge the atmosphere with testimony, and watch how your promises — My promises that I have given you — become a reality.
How to Respond
- Be deliberate in setting your mind and heart into a position of expectation. Determine to be one who speaks life and testimony and nothing that would pollute the air with unbelief, criticism, doubt or fear.
- Pray, Holy Spirit thank You for the strategy on how to access the promises You have given me. Help me to be a vessel that is full of belief and overflowing with testimonies of Your goodness and faithfulness and the promises You have already brought me. Help me to refuse any temptation to get into fear, doubt, anxiety or criticism. Help me to charge the atmosphere with hope and testimony in such a way that it is ripe for the arrival of Your promises to me.
- Declare, The testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.
- Declare, Evil ones will pay tribute to good people and eventually come to be servants of the godly. — Proverbs 14:19 TPT
- Decree, This is a time of fulfillment of the Lord’s promises. I hold the tools to receive the fulfillment of all the Lord has spoken over my life. My job is to stand in great expectation, to speak testimonies of His goodness and faithfulness and to refuse unbelief. I will not speak any words of unbelief, anxiety, doubt or fear. My only words will be faith-filled words reminding myself and everyone around me of the goodness and faithfulness of God. By speaking these testimonies, I will charge and ready the atmosphere for the arrival of the promises of God in my life.
