Be cheerful with joyous celebration in every season of life. Let your joy overflow! And let gentleness be seen in every relationship, for our Lord is ever near. Don’t be pulled in different directions or worried about a thing. Be saturated in prayer throughout each day, offering your faith-filled requests before God with overflowing gratitude. Tell him every detail of your life, then God’s wonderful peace that transcends human understanding, will guard your heart and mind through Jesus Christ. Keep your thoughts continually fixed on all that is authentic and real, honorable and admirable, beautiful and respectful, pure and holy, merciful and kind. And fasten your thoughts on every glorious work of God, praising him always.

I heard the Spirit of the Living God say,
Choose well. Choices are coming, and I’ve entrusted you to choose well. Choose from the heart and not from the soul. Choose what brings more abundant life, not that which pulls you into yet a new place, yet another place with a mentality of lack and want and scarcity.
Yet all of the accomplishments that I once took credit for, I’ve now forsaken them and I regard it all as nothing compared to the delight of experiencing Jesus Christ as my Lord! To truly know him meant letting go of everything from my past and throwing all my boasting on the garbage heap. It’s all like a pile of manure to me now, so that I may be enriched in the reality of knowing Jesus Christ and embrace him as Lord in all of his greatness.
Philippians 3:7-8 TPT
Choices are coming that bring fullness, life, advancement and promotion. Others will draw you out into a dry place, an arid place, a desolate but seemly very beautiful place. Look beyond the surface, and let your choices come from the connection of your heart to My Spirit rather than that old familiar place of lack. I have washed you clean, so be clean. Don’t return to those old mindsets, old habits, old ways of operating as if the dry place is your portion, as if the place of lack and unfulfillment and far off into the future is your portion. Let My Spirit sing. Let My words rise up as a song in your heart, and choose what ignites the song. Choose what causes you to dream, to laugh. Choose what causes your mind to race with possibility and delight. Let go of familiar attachments. Let go of those stances that draw you out into dryness, aloneness and lack. I Am leading you forward. I Am calling you up higher. But the choice is yours.
I admit that I haven’t yet acquired the absolute fullness that I’m pursuing, but I run with passion into his abundance so that I may reach the purpose for which Christ Jesus laid hold of me to make me his own. I don’t depend on my own strength to accomplish this; however I do have one compelling focus: I forget all of the past as I fasten my heart to the future instead. I run straight for the divine invitation of reaching the heavenly goal and gaining the victory-prize through the anointing of Jesus.
Philippians 3:12-14 TPT
Choose abundance, the song, the delight, the promotion. And leave those old days, those old dry places and that soulish belief of not enough, and not now behind. I desire for you to be rocket propelled by My Spirit. I desire for you to live surrounded by wild abundance. But the choice is yours. The mindset is yours. The faith and the expectation are yours.
God will continually revitalize you, implanting within you the passion to do what pleases him.
Philippians 2:13 TPT
Choose wisely. Choose abundantly. Choose delightedly. Choose the wild life of overflowing joy in Me — being moved by the impulses of My Spirit. It’s time.
How to Respond
- Draw close to the Lord and ask Him to give you His perceptions and understanding of the choices that you are facing and those yet to come.
- Pray, Lord I love You. Thank You for the gift of free will. I don’t want to be held back by fear, past disappointments and old mindsets of lack. I want to live in complete freedom in You. I want to be moved by Your Spirit and choose that which makes Your Spirit sing inside of me. I want abundance, delight, promotion, advancement and adventure. Help me to choose wisely in partnership with You.
- Declare, the Lord’s plans for me are for good and not evil, to give me a future and a hope. — Jeremiah 29:11
- Decree, I repent of mindsets and expectations that have held me back and are holding me back even now. I choose to believe the truth of the words of Jesus, that He came to give me life and life more abundantly. I have been freed by the Son, so I am free indeed. And I will make the choices that bring life, song, delight, abundance, promotion and adventure. I will reject those choices that lead me into new but familiar looking dry places of lack, delay and barrenness.
