Isaiah 52
8 Listen! Your watchmen lift up their voices,
Isaiah 52:8
They shout joyfully together;
For they will see with their own eyes
When the Lord restores Zion.
The Spirit of the Lord says,
I’m turning it around. This is a season of breakthroughs and miracles. The Name of Jesus is a strong refuge and a tower of strength. It is a powerful weapon against the attacks of the enemy. These are days of breakthrough, of fantastic miracles, of the seas parting and a way being made where there was no way. Breakthrough will come in the Name of Jesus. Keep your eyes on Jesus in the storm, in the uncertainty, in the tossing ship on the high seas. Keep your eyes on Him, and He will deliver you. He will breakthrough. He is bringing you into a new day.
9 Break forth, shout joyfully together,
Isaiah 52:9-10
You waste places of Jerusalem;
For the Lord has comforted His people,
He has redeemed Jerusalem.
10 The Lord has bared His holy arm
In the sight of all the nations,
That all the ends of the earth may see
The salvation of our God.
This time of breakthrough is authored by Jesus, because of Jesus and for His sake — for His glory. He is opening previously blinded eyes. He is opening ears to hear and hearts to receive. He is awakening people to Him, to truth. Breakthrough will come because of Him, at His hands, at His word, through His instruction. These are days of breakthroughs and wild miracles. Expect something new. Expect something different. Expect to see what you have never seen before. Expect change for the better.
Expect changing of minds. Expect changing of hearts. Expect changing of positions. Expect to see those whose heels had been dug in standing for everything that is false and wrong take a new position of humility and gratitude bowed with their face to the ground in awe of the reality of Me. Expect change. Expect breakthrough. Expect revival. Expect renewal. Expect complete 180s. Expect turnarounds. Some will be more gradual, others will happen in an instant. Some will do a slower turning, others will be lightning fast change.
15 Thus He will sprinkle many nations,
Isaiah 52:15
Kings will shut their mouths on account of Him;
For what had not been told them they will see,
And what they had not heard they will understand.
Prepare your heart. Be agile of mind and spirit. Be ready with an outstretched arm and a heart full of compassion, love and joy. Be ready to receive them. Be ready to connect deeply with them, to speak heart to heart with them, to offer the compassion and love of Christ as they look back and see their path strewn with wrongness. Breakthrough is here. Miracles are happening behind the scenes and before your very eyes. Ready yourself for change. Live in expectation of good and My mighty works of deliverance, awakening, breakthrough and change. Breakthrough is here. Mighty miracles are here. Wonder working power is here. I Am here.
How to Respond
- Position yourself for change. Get ready, and live in expectation of the Lord’s breakthrough and miracles.
- Remind the Lord of the prodigals in your family and community. Ask Him for breakthrough in their hearts — that He would open their eyes and ears to Him, to truth — that He would break down every wall that they have erected to keep them from Him.
- Declare, days of breakthrough and powerful miracles and change are here. The Lord is opening blind eyes and deaf ears. He is opening walled off hearts, and He is bringing powerful and staggering awakening and change.
- Decree, breakthrough, awakening, and change is coming to every member of my family. It is coming to me. I will see the hand of the Lord move mightily for turnarounds that have seemed impossible. Nothing is impossible for Him.
