Deuteronomy 11
Isaiah 65
8 “You shall therefore keep every commandment which I am commanding you today, so that you may be strong and go in and possess the land into which you are about to cross to possess it; 9 so that you may prolong your days on the land which the Lord swore to your fathers to give to them and to their descendants, a land flowing with milk and honey.
Deuteronomy 11:8-9
The Lord says,
We are in a time of advancement, of swift and decisive, firm forward movement. We are in a time where you need to move with no hesitation, no faltering, no wavering. Clear choices will be set before you. Clear opportunities will be placed in your hands. Now is the time to to leap, grasp and run. Now is the time for all systems go. The time for waiting is is through. The time for moving, going, choosing, doing is now.
We have been in a time of the pressure building, of the tensions mounting, of the pieces moving into place. We have been in a time of extraordinary endurance training, of many battles, of open spiritual warfare season and of vision casting. But I Am releasing the pressure valve. I Am causing an explosive breakthrough in the spirit. I Am tearing through the wall of this era and ushering in a new day. When that breakthrough comes, it will be like the floodgates have opened. It will be like the relay has begun. You need to place yourself now in the starting blocks, because it is nearly time to run.
24 It will also come to pass that before they call, I will answer; and while they are still speaking, I will hear.
Isaiah 65:24
At My signal — and you will recognize it — you will need to grasp what I have put in your hand, and run the new race. This will be a season that requires many quick and even spontaneous decisions. You will need to remain close to Me to hear My voice in these moments to be able to make the right decision. You will need to recognize and follow the weight of My pleasure on opportunities and decisions. I will be there in your midst. Take a beat and wait for My signal. Don’t falter, don’t waver, don’t hesitate; just pause for a beat. Locate My pleasure and move on accordingly. I’m telling you things will speed up to an unprecedented pace. It will be a pace you are not accustomed to at all. I Am setting the pace, and you have been equipped and trained to keep up. Though it may be an uncomfortable start, you will settle in to My pace.
22 For if you are careful to keep all this commandment which I am commanding you to do, to love the Lord your God, to walk in all His ways and hold fast to Him, 23 then the Lord will drive out all these nations from before you, and you will dispossess nations greater and mightier than you. 24 Every place on which the sole of your foot treads shall be yours; your border will be from the wilderness to Lebanon, and from the river, the river Euphrates, as far as the western sea. 25 No man will be able to stand before you; the Lord your God will lay the dread of you and the fear of you on all the land on which you set foot, as He has spoken to you.
Deuteronomy 11:22-25
It will be a time of My glory, of victories, of seizing opportunities and racing headlong into many changes. This is a season of making up for lost time. It will seem like we covered many seasons in a short time. It will feel like more happened than could have possibly fit into the time that has passed. This is recompense. This is a reminder that I Am the Lord of all time. I created time, and one day I will dissolve time for all time. Get your hopes up. Get your gear ready. Position yourself in the starting blocks. It’s time to run.
Nations Spotlight: Portugal
The Lord says,
My heart is dwelling on Portugal. My favor will rest on Portugal, and revival fire will come to the Catholic Church of Portugal. The beautiful centuries-old churches of Portugal will be filled beyond capacity as those seeking My face, those longing to worship, those looking for a touch from Heaven come to worship, to find Me, to be changed, to surrender. Portugal will see radical revival that flows and spills out of the Catholic Church and into the streets. My favor, My joy and holiness will mark the beautiful, marvelous Portuguese revival.
How to Respond
- Sit with the Lord and ask Him to give you instructions on how to prepare yourself for this new time He is ushering us into.
- Spend time in worship. Cultivate an atmosphere of worship in your home.
- Pray, Lord, help me to be at the ready when You move us into this new time of running. Show me what I need to bring and what I need to leave behind. Help me to get my mindset right for the race. Help me to hear Your voice, recognize Your Presence and be able to sense Your pleasure on the decisions and opportunities that You send my way.
- Declare, the Lord is moving us into a new time that is marked by change, rapid acceleration, decisions and opportunities.
- Decree,
I will be found faithful in this new season.
I am prepared and equipped to run when the Lord signals that it is time to go.
I will recognize the favor and pleasure of the Lord on the choices, decisions and opportunities that come my way.
I will run with joy the race He sets before me.
Though the pace will be quick, He has set the tempo. I will see many victories, promises fulfilled and breakthroughs for family and country in this new season. - Decree,
The Portuguese people will experience great, transformative revival.
The Catholic Church will be the birthplace of this revival.
The Lord’s Presence will be poured out in Portugal — for revival, for Holy Spirit anointing, for miracles and for a return to holiness.
