18 For this reason the Lord is still waiting to show his favor to you
Isaiah 30:18-21
so he can show you his marvelous love.
He waits to be gracious to you.
He sits on his throne ready to show mercy to you.
For Yahweh is the Lord of justice,
faithful to keep his promises.
Overwhelmed with bliss are all
who will entwine their hearts in him,
waiting for him to help them.
19 Yes, the people of Zion who live in Jerusalem
will weep no more.
How compassionate he will be
when he hears your cries for help!
He will answer you when he hears your voice!
20 Even though the Lord may allow you
to go through a season of hardship and difficulty,
he himself will be there with you.
He will not hide himself from you,
for your eyes will constantly see him as your Teacher.
21 When you turn to the right or turn to the left,
you will hear his voice behind you to guide you, saying,
“This is the right path; follow it.”
Take a Stance of Victory
The Lord says,
This is a time of celebration. Celebration confuses and angers the enemy. Celebration in the midst of the battle, in the midst of the storm frustrates the plans and the mindset of the enemy. The enemy cannot fathom how their schemes are not working. The enemy cannot fathom how you are living not only in peace, but rejoicing — full of life and light. Sing a celebration song. Live from a position of victory. This confuses the plans, the timelines, the understanding and the grip of the enemy. Celebration in the Lord weakens and dismantles the strongholds of the enemy. Yours is to be a victory song.
Yours is to be the victorious ones — even in the midst of the battle, even in the midst of the difficulties and pressure and strain. Yours is the high position. The enemy is on the losing side. He has taken the low road, and the low road will be destroyed — in part through your victory stance and through your victory songs. You have the high position. You have the high ground. What is there to fear?
Live in patience, grace, peace and trust. Live in My supernatural peace. I have given you the grace to live in peace in this hour, to walk in extreme astounding peace in this hour. I’ve given you the grace to be steadfast, unmovable, courageous and advancing.
I’ve given you the grace to take down giants in this hour. Stay in My perfect peace. Stay in the eye of the storm, and move with the sounds of My voice. Even now it seems the winds are rising, the pressure is rising, the howling of many voices is rising. But the storm is nearly over. You have made it to the eye. Only the backside of the storm remains. And even now it is weakening. Even now it is growing sluggish and tired. Maintain your position of resistance against the storm of the enemy.
Soon the tides will recede. Soon the waves will quiet. Soon the winds will die down. Soon the clouds will clear, and the sun will shine brightly again — the sun of My righteousness, My glory, My goodness and My faithfulness. The sun of My rescue, the reflection of My power, My Mighty Right Hand is rising. It is shining even now, though it is difficult to see in the storm. We are almost there. Stand My dear one. Stand.
If you can grab hold of and live in My perfect peace in the midst of this terrible storm, imagine the peace you will experience once it all subsides. It will be the peace of My glorious rising, of My Glory rising, of My Glory shining and touching many, reviving many, rescuing many.
Hold on. Stand firm. Don’t back down. Dig in and choose to live in My perfect peace.
The Truth is Popping
The Lord says,
Just as popcorn starts cooking and popping slowly and then more and more rapidly, this is the way I will bring forth My truth. First a little truth here and there and another one. But soon it will be impossible to count the truths that are coming to light, coming to fruition, being exposed because they are happening in such rapid succession. Truths are beginning to pop even now, and soon it will be showtime. Trust Me. Trust this word. Trust My truth and that I Am Truth, and you will be able to live through the the remainder of the storm in perfect peace. You will even be able to enjoy the show of many many many inescapable undeniable truths popping into light. It’s about to get really good. Hold on. Stay in faith. Choose peace. It’s more than worth it.
Truth Brings Healing
The Lord says,
Healing gains entry as truth comes to light. Healing and justice are partners, and truth is the great enabler of both. Watch for much healing to come to many as the truths are exposed. Many hearts and lives will find healing and justice; and theirs will be hope deferred no longer. These will become oaks of righteousness as a result of the fullness of their healing. Truth is critical to healing.
If you are lying to yourself, you cannot find healing. Ask Me to search the unhealed places of your heart and soul. Ask Me to pinpoint places where you have been lying to yourself, and together we will dig out the infection that has been festering there. It’s time to let Me examine those tender places, because they are not healing properly. Let My light of truth bring healing to those deep wounds and hurts. My truth will bring healing, and will seal the wound forever. I Am able. I Am more than able. But you have to trust that I will do it, that My healing touch is for good. Even though it may cause pain at the first touch, pain is necessary to reveal injury and infection. As you allow me to pinpoint that pain, and as you allow Me to heal you with My healing light and surgeon’s scalpel of truth, you will find healing and renewal so great that you will be able to live completely unaffected by this previous pain. You will lose sight of the pain you once held so tightly, tenderly and dearly; and it will fade in importance and in memory. That is My grace to heal. That is what I desire to do in your heart, for your life, for your future. Destiny is unleashed in healing. Joy is released in healing. Authority and power are restored in healing. It is My will and My good pleasure to bring that healing, that grace, that release in your life. Invite Me in to do My healing work.
How to Respond
- Celebrate. Live from a stance of victory. Live as if the chaos and the confusion and the enemy are already defeated.
- Declare that the Lord’s victory is won.
- Declare that the Lord is revealing MANY truths that will bring healing to individuals and the nations of the world.
- If you need healing in your life, invite the Lord in to those tender places, and ask Him to show you truth and bring His healing light. He will be faithful to do it.
