Joshua 13-14
13 Now Joshua was old and advanced in years when the Lord said to him, “You are old and advanced in years, and very much of the land remains to be possessed.
Joshua 13:1
The Lord says,
Resurrection. New life. New perspective. New hope. New vision. New expectations. I Am taking the lid off of limitations. I Am taking the lid off of what is currently believed to be possible, and I Am calling you to roar. I am calling you to rise up, to soar. I Am calling you to soar and get My up-higher perspective. I Am cutting the restraints off of wings, off of mouths, off of hands and feet. It’s time to move. It’s time to speak. It’s time to reject false limitations. It’s time to reject the imposition of false belief systems and demon doctrines. It is time to rise up, to roar and reject the narrative of the left, the narrative of hypocrisy, the narrative of lies. It is time to roar the truth with a deafening roar. It is time to push back with mighty powerful force against the encroaching vulgarity, darkness, perversion and evil.
I was forty years old when Moses the servant of the Lord sent me from Kadesh-barnea to spy out the land, and I brought word back to him as it was in my heart.8 Nevertheless my brethren who went up with me made the heart of the people melt with fear; but I followed the Lord my God fully. 9 So Moses swore on that day, saying, ‘Surely the land on which your foot has trodden will be an inheritance to you and to your children forever, because you have followed the Lord my God fully.’
Joshua 14:7-9
It is time to rise up and say no more! It is time to rise up and say, it is a new day and a new hour and there is a new sheriff in town. In fact there is an Eternal King in town, and His Name is King Jesus. Declare, Christ is King over my city, my school board, my local government. Christ is King over my business, my child’s school, my job and my church. I will not tolerate lies and the encroaching and imposition of falsehood, evil and darkness any longer!
It is time to rise up, to roar and to reject the lies that the left has been trying to force feed you. It is time to stand for freedom, for justice, for righteousness, honor and truth. It is time to stand for the King of Kings and Lord of Lords, Christ Jesus. It is time to stand up and be backed by the entire army of Heaven. As you rise, as you speak you will see the angelic host surround you in full battle array. They are backing you up, and they are sent to enforce your word. So speak, roar, reject, and replace the lies with truth.
10 Now behold, the Lord has let me live, just as He spoke, these forty-five years, from the time that the Lord spoke this word to Moses, when Israel walked in the wilderness; and now behold, I am eighty-five years old today. 11 I am still as strong today as I was in the day Moses sent me; as my strength was then, so my strength is now, for war and for going out and coming in. 12 Now then, give me this hill country about which the Lord spoke on that day, for you heard on that day that Anakim were there, with great fortified cities; perhaps the Lord will be with me, and I will drive them out as the Lord has spoken.”
Joshua 14:10-12
Rise up in your authority. Rise up and I will fill you with confidence as you speak, as you declare, as you reject and as you speak forth righteousness, justice and truth. Heaven’s army will back your words up, and they will enforce them in power and with decisive strength.
13 So Joshua blessed him and gave Hebron to Caleb the son of Jephunneh for an inheritance.14 Therefore, Hebron became the inheritance of Caleb the son of Jephunneh the Kenizzite until this day, because he followed the Lord God of Israel fully.
Joshua 14:13-14
Be holy as I am holy. Purify yourself before making these declarations. Purity is the key to this angelic backup. Purity is the key to having Heaven enforce your words. Let there be no false way within you, and the troops of Heaven’s army will execute your words. They will deliver for you. Live in joy. You can reject the lies and be angry in righteousness about the encroaching of the enemy and darkness. But joy is your strength. Joy overtakes fear. Joy empowers you for the fight. Live in joy and purity. Rise up and speak the truth, and watch as Heaven’s angel armies back you up.
How to Respond
- Sit with the Lord. Ask Him to examine your heart, mind and life. Ask Him to show you any areas that you need to repent, change, forgive or seek forgiveness.
- Ask the Lord for boldness as the apostles did in Acts. Ask the Lord for an infusion of courage and boldness to speak the truth and to declare His Word. Ask Him to fill you with His joy.
- Declare, the Lord is removing limitations and restraints from His people. He is calling us forth to speak His Kingdom realities into existence on Earth — as they are in Heaven. He is calling us forth to reject and rebuke demonic agendas, wickedness, perversion and lies. He is calling us to take back the land that He has given us.
- Pray, Lord, help me to speak and decree what I hear you saying in this time. Give me the courage and boldness to declare the truth, to demand justice and to promote righteousness and honor. Help me to see and perceive that You are backing me up with angel armies who are here to enforce the decrees I make as an image bearer of You.
