Psalm 2
Matthew 18
2 Why are the nations in an uproar
Psalm 2:1-3
And the peoples devising a vain thing?
2 The kings of the earth take their stand
And the rulers take counsel together
Against the Lord and against His Anointed, saying,
3 “Let us tear their fetters apart
And cast away their cords from us!”
The Lord says,
The drumbeat of My lovers is getting louder. The war cry of My people is going forth. My angel armies have been dispatched and are in position. Watch as they cause many arrogant, crude and dark-hearted ones to be impositioned, to scramble and slide out from position, or to be forcefully ejected from position. My angel armies are on assignment for battle. They are on assignment for a clean out. And a clean house is what I will get.
18 Truly I say to you, whatever you bind on earth shall have been bound in heaven; and whatever you loose on earth shall have been loosed in heaven.19 “Again I say to you, that if two of you agree on earth about anything that they may ask, it shall be done for them by My Father who is in heaven. 20 For where two or three have gathered together in My name, I am there in their midst.”

As the battle cry decrees of My people go forth, my angels move with precision at those words. These are days to make very specific decrees, because My warring angel armies, My cleanup crew, is positioned and ready. Make firm decrees about what you will allow and what you will disallow — what behavior, what worldview, what ideology, what people.
Traitors must go. Thieves must go. Liars must go. Perverts must go. Abusers of power must go. Wickedness must go.
Rise up My army of believers! Make your forceful decrees with authority, and you WILL SEE My power respond!
Abortion in all its forms and havens must go. Robbery of the people in through excessive taxes must go. Bullying of the Church, of believers, of righteousness must go in the Mighty Name of Jesus! Hedonism and filthy appetites for dark things must go. Satanic worship must go. Idolatry must go. Evil ritual abuses and sacrifices must go.
7 “I will surely tell of the decree of the Lord:
Psalm 2:7-12
He said to Me, ‘You are My Son,
Today I have begotten You.
8 ‘Ask of Me, and I will surely give the nations as Your inheritance,
And the very ends of the earth as Your possession.
9 ‘You shall break them with a rod of iron,
You shall shatter them like earthenware.’”
10 Now therefore, O kings, show discernment;
Take warning, O judges of the earth.
11 Worship the Lord with reverence
And rejoice with trembling.
12 Do homage to the Son, that He not become angry, and you perish in the way,
For His wrath may soon be kindled.
How blessed are all who take refuge in Him!
Call for My Holy Spirit fire to fall up on the land. Call for My cleansing fire. Call for My glory to come. Call for righteousness to spread like wildfire. Ask and I will give the nations to you — for righteousness, for purity, for justice, for truth and for freedom.
How to Respond
- Ask the Lord to show you what He is doing in the spirit realm that will cause massive change and disruption in the natural realm.
- Sit with the Lord, and ask Him to show you what decrees you need to be making on behalf of yourself, your family, your community, nation and world. Set aside time daily or even more frequently throughout the day to make these declarations as they come to mind. Angels are in position to move on those words as the words and your heart align with Heaven. Join with others to make these righteous decrees as often as you can.
- Pray, Lord, show me what I cannot see. Show me how to participate in this spiritual war. Bring me decrees and messages to deliver out loud, and I will speak them. Come Holy Spirit, in power with your cleansing fire. Bring righteousness, purity, truth, justice and freedom. You are the only one who can.
- Declare, the Lord is mighty and none compare to Him. He has positioned His angel armies for a great cleanup, and the cleanup is starting now.
- Decree,
I am warring on the side of the Lord. The Host of Heaven will act and respond to My decrees as they align with Heaven.
I will not tolerate false gender ideologies. They must be thrown out.
I will not tolerate false race-based, divisive doctrines. They must be thrown out.
I will not tolerate thieving leaders or officials of any kind. They must be thrown out.
Abusers must be removed from power.
Liars must be exposed and removed from power.
Satanic worship must be exposed and destroyed.
Idolatry and witchcraft must be exposed and destroyed.
Those who have been enabling and promoting the worship of Baal and Molech through the sacrifice of babies must be exposed and removed from power.
Those who have been trading in death and destruction must be removed from power.
All of these must be exposed, removed and face justice in the light of day and in the full view of the people. - Decree,
Institutions that enable trade and delivery of darkness must fall.
Organizations that have institutionalized theft from the people must fall.
Institutions that rebel against Holy Spirit must fall.
Institutions that criminalize righteousness and bring forth false witness and testimony against righteous ones must fall.
Institutions in violation of the Constitution must fall.
