On April 26th the Lord spoke to me about His heart and plan to rescue this generation on the Earth. As I sat with Him, I asked for a sign of confirmation that He was indeed dismantling evil systems and moving for our rescue.
I asked the Lord whether there was a timing or a sign that we could look for. I believe I heard Him say this –

I like the sign of Jonah – which I have used a few times before. The world will be plunged into darkness for 3 days. And this will be a sign that the day of exposure has begun. Don’t fear the darkness because it is My sign. Don’t fear the darkness because – just as I have said in Psalm 139 – there is nowhere you can flee from My Presence. I will be there. And I will show them (the evildoers) that I can use the darkness too. But My purposes are never for evil. My purposes are always driven by love and truth and freedom and justice. This will be a time where the wicked will reap a great harvest of destruction. And they won’t see it coming.
While we haven’t yet seen the world plunged into darkness for three days, and I’m not clear on what that looks like, the story below did make headlines on June 11th. It is the story of a Cape Cod lobster diver being swallowed by a humpback whale and living to tell about it. Given the rarity of this happening, I believe it must be part of this sign of Jonah.

A line in the article that stands out to me is this: “incidents of feeding humpbacks injuring swimmers and divers, especially instances of swallowing them, are so exceedingly rare as to be nonexistent.”
It’s also interesting that the diver’s name is Michael Packard. The meaning of the name Michael is who is like God? And the name Packard means to battle or to fight. This signifies that those who live with reverential fear of the Lord are the ones He has called into the battle to fight. And as He did for this diver, the Lord will provide His warriors with a miraculous deliverance from darkness and its captivity!
