Today’s Reading:
Isaiah 33
5 The Lord is exalted, for He dwells on high;
Isaiah 33:5-6
He has filled Zion with justice and righteousness.
6 And He will be the stability of your times,
A wealth of salvation, wisdom and knowledge;
The fear of the Lord is his treasure.
This morning as I was sitting and waiting for the Lord to speak to me about what was on His heart today, I felt a leap in my spirit. It was a leap of excitement, anticipation and eager longing. I thought this must be a small taste of what Elizabeth, Mary’s aunt, felt when John the Baptist lept inside her womb as Mary arrived pregnant, carrying the Savior of the world inside of her. I asked the Lord to help me to understand what this meant. This is what I heard the Spirit of the Lord say —
All hail King Jesus, the King is near. These are moments of final preparations. The King is near! I Am coming with the anointing of fire. I Am coming to set the world ablaze with passion and love for Me. I Am coming to bring the unity of the Spirit. I Am coming with an outpouring of Holy Spirit fire that will set the world ablaze.
14 Sinners in Zion are terrified;
Isaiah 33:14-17
Trembling has seized the godless.
“Who among us can live with the consuming fire?
Who among us can live with continual burning?”
15 He who walks righteously and speaks with sincerity,
He who rejects unjust gain
And shakes his hands so that they hold no bribe;
He who stops his ears from hearing about bloodshed
And shuts his eyes from looking upon evil;
16 He will dwell on the heights,
His refuge will be the impregnable rock;
His bread will be given him,
His water will be sure.
17 Your eyes will see the King in His beauty;
They will behold a far-distant land.
The King is coming! The Glory is coming! Behold, the Glory of the Lord is coming! I’m coming like a mighty rushing stream, like a mighty rushing wind and with the heat of burning passion.
I Am coming with fire that purifies, that cleanses and that is highly contagious. This is a movement of purity and passion. It will be marked by fire. Those who burn for Me will be called My fiery ones. Behold, My wildfire women, and behold My ferociously fiery men. They burn in purity and passion with eyes white hot with love for Me. They will go out and set the world ablaze. They will be the ones who fill the whole earth with the fiery passion that I bring, that I impart, that I give.
20 Look upon Zion, the city of our appointed feasts;
Isaiah 33:20-22
Your eyes will see Jerusalem, an undisturbed habitation,
A tent which will not be folded;
Its stakes will never be pulled up,
Nor any of its cords be torn apart.
21 But there the majestic One, the Lord, will be for us
A place of rivers and wide canals
On which no boat with oars will go,
And on which no mighty ship will pass—
22 For the Lord is our judge,
The Lord is our lawgiver,
The Lord is our king;
He will save us—
Justice will be found in the fire. Truth will be all that can remain in the fire. These are the days of the burning. Only what’s true will remain. Watch the world get set blaze. All hail, the King is coming! Prepare ye the way! King Jesus is coming! These are My fiery days that prepare the way of the Lord.
How to Respond
- Spend time in presence of the Lord. Ask Him how you should be positioned in this time. Ask Him to help you reprioritize your life, so you will be squarely focused on what matters most to Him.
- Pray, Lord, thank You that You have set me in this generation, in this time to help prepare the way for the return of Jesus for a pure and spotless bride, His Church. What an honor and a privilege. Help me not to squander any gift or opportunity you have given me.
- Declare, the Lord is sending an anointing of fire to set His lovers ablaze with purity and passion and eyes only for Him.
- Decree, the fire of the Lord is coming upon believers to set the world ablaze in purity with a fiery passion for King Jesus. This will prepare the way of the Lord.
