”You need the strength of endurance to reveal the poetry of God’s will and then you receive the promise in full. For soon and very soon, “The One who is appearing will come without delay!” And he also says, “My righteous ones will live from my faith. But if fear holds them back, my soul is not content with them!”“

The Spirit of the Living God says,
Trust and obey. The original sin was unbelief. The enemy stirred doubt by his words, “did God really say…?” Have rock solid faith in Me. Do not be swayed. Do not be moved. Unbelief is sin. Without faith it is impossible to please Me. Childlike faith takes humility and letting go of control. Faith says, “I can’t control this situation. I can’t control the outcome. I will leave it in Your trustworthy hands.” Unbelief brings man’s wisdom, not God’s wisdom into a situation. It brings natural logic, not supernatural unlimited resource and ability. Is it pleasing to you when someone you love shows you by their actions and words that they don’t trust you? So it is with Me. Have faith in Me. Suspend the need to control every aspect of your life, and have faith that I will act on your behalf. I will fulfill your needs.
”Now faith brings our hopes into reality and becomes the foundation needed to acquire the things we long for. It is all the evidence required to prove what is still unseen. This testimony of faith is what previous generations were commended for. Faith empowers us to see that the universe was created and beautifully coordinated by the power of God’s words! He spoke and the invisible realm gave birth to all that is seen.“

My grace will cover you and make a way for you in what seems like an unknowable, unlit path. I will make a way. Suspend your need for control. Release your white-knuckle grip, and stir up your most holy faith. Let faith become the fragrance of your life. Let joy be what marks you. Life is much easier and much more fun when you release the need for control and believe, truly believe that I will do what I said I would do, that I will finish what I started. You can remind Me. You can participate with Me. But don’t try and retain control. Faith life — life led by My Spirit — looks and feels different than the life you have been living or the life you have known. This is the life of an ultra-lightweight yoke. This is the life where you can run and not grow weary, where you can walk and not faint.
”But we are certainly not those who are held back by fear and perish; we are among those who have faith and experience true life!“
Hebrews 10:39 TPT
Train your eyes, your heart and your mind for faith. Give no room for doubt. Heed My voice in your ear, regardless of what things look like, saying, “this is the way, walk in it.” I will never lead you astray. I will lead you to green pastures and beside still waters. I will prepare a feast for you in the presence of your enemies. Release your need for control. Train your effort and your discipline instead on militant faith, on rooting out all doubt. And watch how your life —every aspect of your life — begins to leak and then burst with joy.
How to Respond
- Stir up your most holy faith. Take every thought captive, and make it bow in obedience to the Word of God.
- Pray, Holy Spirit help me to let go of control. Help me to be fully, wholly convinced down to the deepest part of me, that Your Word is true, that You are who You said You are, You will do and are doing what You said You will do. You are trustworthy, faithful and true. I can always rely and count on You. Help me to return to the joy of my salvation and return to mindset of childlike faith and wonder.
- Declare, God, You are who You say You are — my Good, Good Father, my Redeemer, my Reward, where my help comes from. You are a strong tower of refuge and strength, a very present help in times of trouble. You are the God of Angel Armies who fights for me. You are the All-Sufficient God who provides for me. You are the Creator of Heaven and Earth. You hold all things together, and all things have their being in You. You are my Healer, my Savior and Friend. You are the Lord of all. You know me inside and out. Before a word is on my tongue, You know it completely.
- Decree, my God is faithful. My God is stronger and higher than any other. He is working on my behalf. I release my need for control. I will discipline my mind and my tongue to live in faith and grow in increasing faith. Doubt has no place in my life, mind or heart. I am weeding it out.
