Today’s Readings:
Isaiah 54

“Shout for joy, O barren one, you who have borne no child;
Break forth into joyful shouting and cry aloud, you who have not travailed;
For the sons of the desolate one will be more numerous
Than the sons of the married woman,” says the Lord.
2 “Enlarge the place of your tent;
Stretch out the curtains of your dwellings, spare not;
Lengthen your cords
And strengthen your pegs.
3 “For you will spread abroad to the right and to the left.
And your descendants will possess nations
And will resettle the desolate cities.

Isaiah 54:1-3

The Lord says,
Resurrection joy. Resurrection peace. Resurrection power. Dominion. These are days of overcoming, of overtaking, of overwhelming the enemy. These are days of revoking his rights to the land. These are days of wrestling and defeating the forces of darkness. These are the days of overwhelming victories, of triumph, of champions. These are days of resurrection — of retrieving and receiving that which was lost, of recovering what was stolen — and of establishing holiness and dominion of light in once dark places. These are days of the Gospel moving in power.

4 “Fear not, for you will not be put to shame;
And do not feel humiliated, for you will not be disgraced;
But you will forget the shame of your youth,
And the reproach of your widowhood you will remember no more.
5 “For your husband is your Maker,
Whose name is the Lord of hosts;
And your Redeemer is the Holy One of Israel,
Who is called the God of all the earth.

Isaiah 54:4-5

These are the days of signs and wonders and awe. These are the days of hilarious victories, of evil being mocked and insulted for a change. These are the days of the turnaround and the about face — where right is loudest, where right is on top, and where right get the last word. These are the days of evil facing public shame and scorn; and purity and truth being elevated in the public square. These are days of parades of truth, of long-fought battles coming to sudden scorching victory for warriors of truth. These are the days we are dancing into now. These are the days we are sashaying into now. These are the days we are marching into now.

14 “In righteousness you will be established;
You will be far from oppression, for you will not fear;
And from terror, for it will not come near you.
15 “If anyone fiercely assails you it will not be from Me.
Whoever assails you will fall because of you.
16 “Behold, I Myself have created the smith who blows the fire of coals
And brings out a weapon for its work;
And I have created the destroyer to ruin.
17 “No weapon that is formed against you will prosper;
And every tongue that accuses you in judgment you will condemn.
This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord,
And their vindication is from Me,” declares the Lord.

Isaiah 54:14-17

Victory days are here. They are now, and the volume is getting turned up. The celebrations are getting dialed up. Victory dancing and worship dancing is about to intensify and become so visible, it’s undeniable. The corner has been turned. The pendulum and the momentum is on the side of right, of truth, of holiness, of purity, of justice, of Me.

Be holy, as I Am holy. It’s time to occupy. It’s time for dominion. Be wise as serpents and as innocent as doves. The traps for the wicked have been set. You’re about to watch the walls close in on them. You’re about to taste victory and experience extraordinary justice for all.

How to Respond

  • Stir up hope. Stir up faith. Stir up belief and vision — for many victories for truth and for the Lord’s justice.
  • Pray, Lord, come. Save us from the reign and oppression of wickedness. Give us overcoming strategies, and help us to partner with You to win every victory that needs to be won. Restore what the locusts have eaten. Return to us all that has been stolen or lost.
  • Declare, the Lord is holy. He is worthy, and He is more than able to change everything in a moment for His purposes and for our good.
  • Decree, I will partner with the Lord for overcoming, for victory, for occupying and for dominion of the place He has called me.
