Today’s Reading:
Psalm 86
Psalm 145
2 Corinthians 4
Teach me more about you, how you work and how you move, so that I can walk onward in your truth until everything within me brings honor to your name. With all my heart and passion I will thank you, my God! I will give glory to your name, always and forever! You love me so much, and you have placed your greatness upon me. You rescued me from the deepest place of darkness, and you have delivered me from a certain death.
Psalms 86:11-13 TPT
I heard the sweet Spirit of the Living God of Grace say,
Greatness is on the inside of you. I have placed it there. Great potential is on the inside of you, and I Am drawing it out as a fisherman reels in his line. I have buried so many treasures inside of you. This is a season in which I Am surfacing them and causing them to sparkle and shine. These beautiful treasures, these gems of gifts sparkle in the dark and in the light. I have made you for all seasons. You are a gift and your giftings — the treasures that I have already unearthed and the ones I Am surfacing now are capable and meant to produce fruit in season and out of season.
For God, who said, “Let brilliant light shine out of darkness,” is the one who has cascaded his light into us—the brilliant dawning light of the glorious knowledge of God as we gaze into the face of Jesus Christ. We are like common clay jars that carry this glorious treasure within, so that this immeasurable power will be seen as God’s, not ours.
2 Corinthians 4:6-7 TPT
Yours is a full anointing. On you I have poured out a full and over-full abundant measure of heavy oil. The anointing surrounds you, covers you and has drenched you. Whom or what shall you fear? No yoke can contain you. The anointing is that full. You will slip out of and break every yoke that tries to contain you. That has been the story of your life, and I will cause you to see it and understand it through your experiences in the days ahead.
Our hearts bubble over as we celebrate the fame of your marvelous beauty, bringing bliss to our hearts. We shout with ecstatic joy over your breakthrough for us. You’re kind and tenderhearted to those who don’t deserve it and very patient with people who fail you. Your love is like a flooding river overflowing its banks with kindness. God, everyone sees your goodness, for your tender love is blended into everything you do. Everything you have made will praise you, fulfilling its purpose. And all your godly ones will be found bowing before you. They will tell the world of the lavish splendor of your kingdom and preach about your limitless power. They will demonstrate for all to see your miracles of might and reveal the glorious majesty of your kingdom.
Psalms 145:7-12 TPT
The anointing and the treasure make you a gift to the nations. You will not be bound. You will not be contained. You will not be held back, held down or destroyed. You will walk in the heavy, dripping saturating and overflowing anointing that I have poured out on your life. And all of the treasures I have placed inside of you, you will give away freely. As you give them away freely, you will find that they multiply and have no end.
This is a kingdom of wonder. This is a kingdom whose currency is faith. This is kingdom where humility and service are the greatest reflections of my love. You are a light bearer and a treasure trove of gifts. I Am bringing them to the surface in this year.
How to Respond
- Stay quiet, humble and close to the Lord’s heart. Keep space open for the Lord to speak to you and bring you opportunities.
- Pray, Lord You are the Father of Heavenly Lights. Every good and perfect gift comes from You. Thank You that You have created me with a purpose. Thank You that Your plans for me are for good, for freedom, and they are centered around sharing the gifts You have given me with many. Help me to position myself in a posture of ready obedience, so I don’t miss one opportunity to heed Your voice and bless others.
- Declare, every one of your godly lovers receives even more than what we ask for. For you hear what our hearts really long for and you bring us your saving strength. – Psalm 145:19
- Decree, I will stay quiet and low. I will stay close to the Lord’s heart, and I will keep the space open that He has opened. I will not rush in without Him. I will be a teachable, moldable vessel that He can count on to produce fruit in all seasons. I will allow Him to draw unseen gifts He has place in me to the surface, even if it is an uncomfortable process.
