Song of Songs 2
What is the value of your soul to God? Could your worth be defined by any amount of money? God doesn’t abandon or forget even the small sparrow he has made. How then could he forget or abandon you? What about the seemingly minor issues of your life? Do they matter to God? Of course they do! So you never need to worry, for you are more valuable to God than anything else in this world.
Luke 12:6-7 TPT
The Spirit of the Living God of Truth says,
Choose grace. Choose faith. Choose trust. Choose Me. I Am the All-Sufficient One. I Am the God to whom you bow your knees. Trust in Me. Rest in Me. Put all of your faith and hope in Me. I will see you through. What seems like a vacant parking lot — this place of your waiting and wrestling and faithfulness alone, I have My eyes on it. It is a protected place I have provided for you in this waiting, in this training, in this place before the transition. My eye is on the sparrow, so you must know that I watch over you. My eyes are trained on you, and I protect you and shield you for your own well being. I will give you rest.
The one I love calls to me: Arise, my dearest. Hurry, my darling. Come away with me! I have come as you have asked to draw you to my heart and lead you out. For now is the time, my beautiful one. The season has changed, the bondage of your barren winter has ended, and the season of hiding is over and gone. The rains have soaked the earth and left it bright with blossoming flowers. The season for singing and pruning the vines has arrived. I hear the cooing of doves in our land, filling the air with songs to awaken you and guide you forth.
Song of Songs 2:10-12 TPT
Lean on Me in the shaking. Lean on Me in the waiting. Lean on Me in the silence and amidst all of the noise. I Am your Faithful God. I Am the One who never changes. Though the world changes, though the times and seasons and moments change, though perspectives change and people grow, I remain the same. I Am unshifting, and My Kingdom is unshakeable. I never lie, never lose, never fail. You can trust and rely fully on Me. It may seem like yours is the last car sitting in the empty parking lot. It may seem like all have moved on, yet you remain. Today I Am opening that gate. That boom bar is lifting, and I Am welcoming you, calling you to move forward to a different place.
Can you not discern this new day of destiny breaking forth around you? The early signs of my purposes and plans are bursting forth. The budding vines of new life are now blooming everywhere. The fragrance of their flowers whispers, “There is change in the air.” Arise, my love, my beautiful companion, and run with me to the higher place. For now is the time to arise and come away with me.
Song of Songs 2:13 TPT
I Am bringing you to a place of destiny, a place of great possibility, great opportunity and unlimited potential. I Am bringing you to a place of impact. It will be hard work, but you will find delight in it. It will be work that requires getting your hands dirty, but you will also find great rest here for your soul. The place and the work will feed your soul. You are entering a new day of destiny. Be ready for the shift in focus. Be ready for the shift in work. Be ready for new people and a new landscape. This is the vast, great place of your calling. This is the seashore that marks your destiny. This is just the beginning. Today is the beginning.
How to Respond
- Trust the Lord. Wait for His perfect timing. Move in obedience at His word.
- Pray, Holy Spirit thank You for being with me in the waiting, in the testing, through the trials and the training. Thank You for opening the gate and lifting the bar to my new day of destiny. Help me to move unerringly to it. Give me wisdom and grace to operate in this new time, new place, new terrain with the new people and new ways You have for me here. I don’t want to be stuck in the past or married to the old ways of doing things. Help me to be flexible and adaptive. Help me to move forward as a natural, because You made me for this.
- Declare, great is the Lord and worthy of all glory, honor and praise. His timing is perfect. His thoughts are greater than my thoughts, and His ways are higher than my ways.
- Decree, I will trust fully in the Lord my God. I will not stay here in this waiting place. I will move forward as soon as the gate opens and the bar lifts. I will follow the instruction and guiding of the Lord and move directly to the new day of my destiny. I will not remain stuck. I will learn and try new things. I will adapt, and be flexible. I will see many victories and love the work He puts in my hands.
