Psalm 24
Isaiah 54
”Who, then, is allowed to ascend the mountain of Yahweh? And who has the privilege of entering into God’s Holy Place? Those who are clean—whose works and ways are pure, whose hearts are true and sealed by the truth, those who never deceive, whose words are sure.“

The Spirit of the Living God of Glory says,
Get up on a high mountain to pray. Lift up your voice in supplication to Me. Lift up your voice, and pour out your heart. Lay it all out — all that is in your heart — all that has been compartmentalized so you can keep going about your daily living, all that has been shut into the recesses of your heart so you can avoid the pain of acknowledgement — of hurt, of desire, of unfulfillment. You get up on a high mountain to pray, and you lay it all out before Me. Leave nothing unsaid, nothing unsaid. Pour it all out before Me until nothing remains unsaid or hidden. Nothing is ever hidden from Me, but amazingly you can hide things from yourself. So lay it all out.
I Am searching the requests. I Am reviewing the prayers, and I Am addressing the places of lack. I Am addressing the places where the enemy has stolen, held back, stood against or destroyed. I Am taking inventory of all. And on this high mountain, on this place where you lay out every concern, worry, fear, injustice, desire unfulfilled, dream that has died — all of it — I will move for recompense. I will move to ensure recovery, repayment and heavy repayment with interest. The enemy’s levy is at a minimum seven-fold. These will be days of astonishing recovery, repayment, fulfillment and desires coming into their moment of access, completion, connection and fulfillment. Dreams are going to take shape, grow legs and begin to move.
”They will receive Yahweh’s blessing and righteousness given by the Savior-God. They will stand before God, for they seek the pleasure of God’s face, the God of Jacob. Pause in his presence“
Psalms 24:5-6 TPT
This is a time of fresh anointing. This is a time of renewed vision. This is a time where mantles are sent down from Heaven to fall upon worthy and prepared shoulders — the shoulders of those who have prepared and worked and communed and cried with Me in the secret place. These mantles have been waiting for the season of preparation, the season of cleansing, the season of smoothing off rough edges, the season of molting old feathers and the season of breaking out of cocoons. All of those processes, all of those seasons had to happen. All of those painful transitions had to be made to prepare My lovers for the weighty mantles they are to carry. Their backs and shoulders, their hearts and minds can now carry the weight of the mantles I have prepared for them, that I have been reserving for them until this moment.
”“Rejoice with singing, you barren one! You who have never given birth, burst into a song of joy and shout, you who have never been in labor! For the deserted wife will have more children than the married one,” says Yahweh. “Increase is coming, so enlarge your tent and add extensions to your dwelling. Hold nothing back! Make the tent ropes longer and the pegs stronger. You will increase and spread out in every direction. Your sons and daughters will conquer nations and revitalize desolate cities. Do not fear, for your shame is no more. Do not be embarrassed, for you will not be disgraced. You will forget the inadequacy you felt in your youth and will no longer remember the shame of your widowhood. For your Maker is your husband; his name is Yahweh, Commander of Angel Armies! Your Kinsman-Redeemer is the Holy One of Israel! He has the title Mighty God of All the Earth!“
Isaiah 54:1-5 TPT
Get up on the high mountain. Hide away, and carve out your time with Me to pray. Lay all of your concerns, lack, desires, dreams and unfulfillment before Me. I Am taking note. I Am taking inventory, and I will cause the enemy to repay. I will set revived pieces in motion that bring fulfillment in the most astonishing and delightful ways. Your job is the painful work of laying it all out before Me — every piece — so not one thing you were promised, not one heart’s desire, not one promotion or advancement or connection will be missed. I will repay. I will force the enemy to repay.
How to Respond
- Carve out time on your calendar to get away with the Lord for a few hours to pray in solitude — enough time to truly lay every desire, ache, prayer, lack, broken or dead dream before Him in raw honesty.
- Pray, Holy Spirit thank You that You are prepared to take inventory of all that was lost, derailed, destroyed or killed by the enemy. Thank You that nothing the enemy does is final for those who love You. Thank You for Your promise to bring recompense and to levy a heavy repayment fine on the enemy on top of what he has stolen. Lord, thank You for releasing new anointings and heavy new mantles that will allow us to step into destiny and fulfill Your purposes. Thank You that all of the pain and refining served a purpose, and we will live in the accomplishment of those purposes.
- Declare, The Lord is taking inventory of all that the enemy has stolen, destroyed, killed or delayed. And He is bringing recompense. He has declared recompense over my life and over my family, even over this nation and the nations of the world. And He will cause the enemy to repay with a minimum of seven fold interest.
- Decree, I will get up on a high mountain to pray. I will lay out before the Lord everything that has been in my heart. I will hold nothing back, and I will ask the Lord to hover over those hurts, those unfulfilled desires, those broken relationships, those unanswered prayers, those dead dreams. I will ask Him to breathe His ruach breath of life over them and cause them to live. I will ask Him for recompense and total repayment for what the enemy has done. I will see the spring of fulfillment. I will see every single area that I bring before the Lord sprout with new life, sprout with the fragrant aroma of the joy of desires fulfilled. I am receiving a fresh anointing, and I am walking into the impartation of mantles that have been reserved for me while I have been through the refining fires of the last number of painful seasons. The Lord has prepared me and strengthened me. He has consecrated me and sanctified me to carry the mantles that will allow me to fulfill His purposes for me on the Earth.
