Today’s Readings:
2 Corinthians 5:10-21
Psalm 146-147
Isaiah 59

20 We are ambassadors of the Anointed One who carry the message of Christ to the world, as though God were tenderly pleading with them directly through our lips. So we tenderly plead with you on Christ’s behalf, “Turn back to God and be reconciled to him.” 21 For God made the only one who did not know sin to become sin for us, so that we might become the righteousness of God through our union with him.

2 Corinthians 5:20-21

The Lord says,
Be in reverence and awe of My holiness. Gain a proper perspective of Me. Come up higher and sit here with Me. Sit here in the seat I have reserved for you in Heavenly Places. Sit here and watch the scene that is about to unfold in the Earth. It’s too wonderful for you to imagine, too lofty for you to understand.

Watch as I peel back the facade that is playing out as reality, and I reveal the dirty underbelly. Watch as I reveal and expose the darkness, the bottom dwellers and the evil at work behind the screen, behind the facade, behind the scenes.

For a short time you will see their disgusting activities without their knowledge. It will be like a hidden camera, where you can see. They and their dark deeds are fully exposed, but they do not perceive it. This will happen in darkness. But then I will lift the covering that they have put over their evil places and evil deeds. I will flip the bright lights of My exposure on, and they will be blinded and shocked by the brightness of the light and the sudden exposure of truth, of their dark deeds and the dark places they have created for these dark deeds. They are stomach turning and most repulsive.

They will scramble to cover their nakedness but they will be surrounded and have no place to turn. It’s as if they are trapped in a Petrie dish of their own making that fosters the growth of filth and disgusting things, and now that they want to run away from it, there is no escape. They will be held accountable for the dark deeds and for the dark places.

9 You watch over strangers and immigrants
and support the fatherless and widows.
But you subvert the plans of the ungodly.
10 Lord, you will reign forever!
Zion’s God will rule throughout time and eternity!
Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!

Psalm 146:9-10

Rejoice. Take pride in the Lord your God who exposes, who brings truth to light, who bears witness to Your suffering, and who causes justice to be established once again in the land.

18 He will repay wrath to his enemies
and retribution to his foes,
according to what they have done.
Reckoning is coming to the islands for what is due them.
19 From the west to the lands of the rising sun,
the glory and the name of Yahweh
will be held in highest reverence,
for he will break in as a flooding, rushing river
driven on by the breath of Yahweh!
20
“He will come to Zion as a Kinsman-Redeemer
to those of Jacob’s tribes who repent of their rebellion,”
says Yahweh.

Isaiah 59:18-20

Reverence and honor Me, the Lord God Most High, the One True and Wise King. In Me you will not be ashamed. In Me, you will be vindicated, for vengeance is Mine. In Me, you will live in the light of truth. And in Me, you will find realignment and restoration of your authority — the authority that you have not fully grasped yet, the authority that you have not fully appropriated.

5 How great is our God!
There’s absolutely nothing his power cannot accomplish,
and he has infinite understanding of everything.
6 Yahweh supports and strengthens the humble,
but the ungodly will be brought down to the dust.
7 Sing out with songs of thanksgiving to the Lord!
Let’s sing our praises with melodies overflowing!

Psalm 147:5-7

Watch as I pull back the curtain from the East to the West and expose what has been hidden behind a shroud of darkness in plain sight.

How to Respond

  • Spend time in worship,
  • Recount the favor and blessings of the Lord.
  • Declare that the Lord is exposing evil and will reestablish justice in the land.
  • Ensure that you allow no lingering sin in your life, and give the enemy no entry. Keep your heart and hands, eyes, ears and mouth pure from the pollution of the enemy and sin.
  • Declare the holiness and majesty of King Jesus.
