Psalm 24
1 Peter 1
So then, prepare your hearts and minds for action! Stay alert and fix your hope firmly on the marvelous grace that is coming to you. For when Jesus Christ is unveiled, a greater measure of grace will be released to you.
1 Peter 1:13 TPT
I heard the Spirit of the Living God of All Grace say,
My grace is smoothing the path, even anointing the path for your ascension to the place I have for you — the place in the Seven Mountains that I have for you. My grace is being poured out from above the top of the mountain, and it is clearing a grace path for you. For you the path is appointed and anointed. For the wicked who have held on there, it is what will make their way slippery and slick; and it is My grace on this mountain for you that will even cause them to fall from their lofty positions. I, by My grace Am moving and jostling people loose from positions of power in the mountains, and they will slip and slide right off the mountain, right from the scene. The path that was the cause of their demise will be the grace path I have poured out for you to ascend.
As God’s obedient children, never again shape your lives by the desires that you followed when you didn’t know better. Instead, shape your lives to become like the Holy One who called you. For Scripture says: “You are to be holy, because I am holy.” Since you call on him as your heavenly Father, the impartial Judge who judges according to each one’s works, live each day with holy awe and reverence throughout your time on earth. For you know that your lives were ransomed once and for all from the empty and futile way of life handed down from generation to generation. It was not a ransom payment of silver and gold, which eventually perishes, but the precious blood of Christ—who like a spotless, unblemished lamb was sacrificed for us.
1 Peter 1:14-19 TPT
This is a time of a divine team switch. Where evil has held the grip on power, on leadership and on authority at the tops of the mountains, the middle ranges of the mountains and the bases of the mountains, I will be causing the power, the leadership, the positions to be removed from their hands. Their own behavior and their own mindsets are causing them to stumble mistakenly on the path of slick oil grace meant for you, and when their feet touch it, they will slip from the scene. The oil that marks the path for your ascension will simultaneously or in quick succession cause the wicked and the weak to slide out of power.
Now, because of your obedience to the truth, you have purified your very souls, and this empowers you to be full of love for your fellow believers. So express this sincere love toward one another passionately and with a pure heart.
1 Peter 1:20-22 TPT
These are days where integrity, authenticity and truth in the innermost being are vital. As evil is unveiled, as corruption is unveiled, people who are rock solid, who have met face to face with opportunities for corruption and have stood their ground in truth and in purity — in fierce opposition to evil — are needed to come to the foreground. The people need to know that trustworthy ones are among them and even rising in their midst.
Who may ascend into the hill of the Lord? And who may stand in His holy place? He who has clean hands and a pure heart, Who has not lifted up his soul to falsehood And has not sworn deceitfully. He shall receive a blessing from the Lord And righteousness from the God of his salvation. This is the generation of those who seek Him, Who seek Your face—even Jacob. Selah.
Psalms 24:3-6 NASB1995
Purity is the test, and purity is required. The mountain of the Lord is the mountain that takes over the whole Earth. (Daniel 2:44) It is the way forward. Be holy as I Am holy, and I will pour out My grace for you to ascend.
How to Respond
- Trust the Lord to mark out a grace path for you that no man can manufacture.
- Pray, Lord, thank You that Your grace is pouring out in the mountains of influence, to loose the wicked and weak from power and positions and to clear them from the scene, so honorable and pure people who love You can take their place. Help me to be one who is pure, obedient and who ascends to the place You have already marked out for me by Your grace.
- Declare, who then, ascends into the presence of the Lord? And who has the privilege of entering into God’s Holy Place? Those who are clean — whose works and ways are pure, whose hearts are true and sealed by the truth, and those who never deceive, whose words are sure. They will receive the Lord’s blessing and righteousness given by the Savior-God. They will stand before God, for they seek the pleasure of God’s face, the God of Jacob. (Psalm 24:3-6)
- Decree, I will move forward faithfully in purity and obedience to the Lord. I will not have to self-promote to ascend. The Lord’s grace is clearing positions for me and marking out the path in front of me. I will see a great team switch take place, as the Lord removes many from positions of power and replaces them with honorable, pure ones who love Him.
