Today’s Reading:
Psalm 68
68 Let God arise, let His enemies be scattered,
Psalm 68:1-4
And let those who hate Him flee before Him.
2 As smoke is driven away, so drive them away;
As wax melts before the fire,
So let the wicked perish before God.
3 But let the righteous be glad; let them exult before God;
Yes, let them rejoice with gladness.
4 Sing to God, sing praises to His name;
Lift up a song for Him who rides through the deserts,
Whose name is the Lord, and exult before Him.
The Spirit of the Lord says,
Chasing. I’m chasing hearts. I Am rooting out the one that people have made the queen of their hearts. Jezebel. That spirit of wickedness, of lust, of perversion, of control. She slithers into hearts like the snake that she is, and she manipulates minds, she darkens hearts with the poison of her black venom. I Am rescuing and restoring hearts from her grip. The heart trapped by Jezebel looks like:
- Illegitimate authority
- False testimony
- Injustice
- Murder
- Theft
- Enticing others to do evil
- Idolatry
- Killing the prophets
- Following Baal
- Sexual Immorality
- Seduction
- Witchcraft
18 You have ascended on high, You have led captive Your captives;
Psalm 68:18-19
You have received gifts among men,
Even among the rebellious also, that the Lord God may dwell there.
19 Blessed be the Lord, who daily bears our burden,
The God who is our salvation. Selah
I Am capturing people’s attention and hearts, and I Am rooting out this wickedness, this vileness, this spirit of deceit, trickery, illegitimate authority, seduction, murder and witchcraft. I Am ridding the people of this insidious parasite, this abominable snake, Jezebel. As their hearts do not any longer align with that Jezebel spirit in the hearts of others, fresh voices will be added to the outcry for freedom, truth and justice. Fresh voices will be added to the chorus of those who can no longer tolerate seeing the reign of illegitimate authority, evil, wickedness and perversion, who can no longer tolerate the the worship of Baal, the child sacrifice, the debauchery and filth.
20 God is to us a God of deliverances;
Psalm 68:20-21
And to God the Lord belong escapes from death.
21 Surely God will shatter the head of His enemies,
The hairy crown of him who goes on in his guilty deeds.
I Am breaking the neck and the back of Jezebel. She will be thrown from the wall, and she will indeed be trampled underfoot and eaten by wild dogs. There will not be enough left of this whoring witch, this murderer of prophets, of truth tellers, of whistleblowers, of honest ones. I Am removing the spirit of Jezebel from the hearts of many who will have me instead, who will choose Me instead, who will be rescued and righteous instead; and they will join the united chorus, they will join the ear splitting roar, of NO MORE. No more of this wickedness, this abuse, this oppression, this lying, trickery and theft. No more of this illegitimate authority ruling. No more of the intimidation and silencing of the ones who hear the voice of the Lord and greatly desire to say the truth. No more of the ones who will entice the people to idolatry, witchcraft and all kinds of sexual immorality. NO MORE!! NO MORE!! NO MORE!! The reign of Jezebel will be cut short. It will be an abrupt end for Jezebel.
How to Respond
- Be aligned with truth, and invite the Lord to examine your heart. Give it all to Him and ask Him to remove any trace remaining that is not of Him.
- Pray, Holy Spirit come. Come for encounters for my loved ones and friends who have not met You and those who have walked away from the faith. Lord, come to them with an encounter of Your love, Your kindness, Your grace; and let them be changed forever — they and their household and our families for a thousand generations. Bring them into Your family, into Your Kingdom; and unite them with Your lovers, with those on the side of truth, righteousness and justice who are roaring NO MORE against the ruling powers of darkness.
- Declare, the Lord is moving to capture hearts, to restore the prodigals to the faith and to rescue those who have been captured.
- Decree, the Spirit of the Lord is rooting Jezebel out of hearts even now. The Spirit of the Lord is evicting Jezebel from hearts, and He is causing the reign of Jezebel in America to be cut short. He will cause the reign of Jezebel to come to an abrupt end. Blessed be the Word of the Lord.
