Jesus answered, “I speak an eternal truth: Unless you are born of water and the Spirit, you will never enter God’s kingdom. For the natural realm only gives birth to things that are natural, but the spiritual realm gives birth to supernatural life! “You shouldn’t be amazed by my statement, ‘You all must be born from above!’ For the Spirit-Wind blows as it chooses. You can hear its sound, but you don’t know where it came from or where it’s going. So it is the same with those who are Spirit-born!”

I heard the Spirit of the Living God say,
I’m moving in a way that can’t be caught. I’m moving in a visible way that evades the hands and arms of men (people). This move of My Spirit is wild and free. Some will want to grasp it, to lower it, to tame it and make it predictable — to fit a place or a people or a schedule. I tell you right now, I will not. Those who would try to tame Me or manipulate My freedom move are chasing after the wind. As long as they do, they will never touch the Source. They will not tap into My flow. I Am exalted, and it is songs of adoration and worship that cause Me to come low, to hover over a people, a person, a congregation. It is humility and drawing near of hearts, it is the desire of hearts that draws Me. It’s not stages, numbers or flashing of lights. Those things hold no appeal. My Spirit, My Presence is drawn to an honest and seeking heart. It’s drawn to desire for Me, desperation for Me, hunger for Me and humility before Me.
Does the Scripture mean nothing to you that says, “The Spirit that God breathed into our hearts is a jealous Lover who intensely desires to have more and more of us”? But he continues to pour out more and more grace upon us. For it says, “God resists you when you are proud but continually pours out grace when you are humble.” So then, surrender to God. Stand up to the devil and resist him and he will flee in agony. Move your heart closer and closer to God, and he will come even closer to you. But make sure you cleanse your life, you sinners, and keep your heart pure and stop doubting.

This move of My Spirit cannot be bottled, captured or manufactured. The secret is plain and open. Draw near to Me and I will draw near to you. Be patient. Never give up. Be entwined as one with the Lord. Invite the searching of My Spirit. Invite the holiness and sweetness of My Presence. I come where I’m wanted — not where I’m needed to put on a show. I’m coming in response to the call and the heart’s cry and the posture of My lovers. This is open season to find Me. Seek Me, and you shall find Me. Knock, and the door shall be opened unto you. In all your ways acknowledge Me, and I will make your path straight. This is a season of ease and access to My Spirit like has never been experienced before. But it’s for the lovers. It’s for those with a broken and contrite heart. It’s for the searchers, the humble and even the disgraced seeking refuge. It’s not for the proud. It’s not for flashy. It’s not to draw a crowd. It’s for the one. I see and minister to the one. My Presence may draw a crowd, but the crowd is not the purpose. It’s the result. The crowd is not the aim. It’s the heart that’s My aim.
Lord God, unlock my heart, unlock my lips, and I will overcome with my joyous praise! For the source of your pleasure is not in my performance or the sacrifices I might offer to you. The fountain of your pleasure is found in the sacrifice of my shattered heart before you. You will not despise my tenderness as I bow down humbly at your feet.
Psalms 51:15-17 TPT
This freedom movement of My Spirit will be confounding and unreachable for the “wise,” for the platform preachers and attention seekers. But it will be as easy breathing for those who love Me, who seek Me, who desire Me in their innermost heart, for the outcast looking for belonging, for the wanderer desiring a way back home. This is not a movement for the religious or for the name brand. This is a movement for the lowly, the humble, the hungry and the lost. Those who seek to capture My Spirit, constrain My Spirit, manipulate or manufacture My Presence will be found chasing the wind. I’ll have no part with them. I’m not here to play a role. I’m here to dwell among My people and seek My lost sheep. I will — this move will —confound the wise but will bring grace to the humble.
How to Respond
- Seek the Lord in purity and in truth.
- Pray, Holy Spirit come. Dwell with me. Search me and know me. Reveal any area of my heart that is hindering access to Your Holy Presence. I want to be found among those who carry and minister to Your Spirit. Thank You for drawing near to us and making Yourself accessible to us as we draw near to You.
- Declare, Here’s the one thing I crave from Yahweh, the one thing I seek above all else: I want to live with him every moment in his house, beholding the marvelous beauty of Yahweh, filled with awe, delighting in his glory and grace. I want to contemplate in his temple. — Psalms 27:4 TPT
- Decree, The Lord’s freedom movement is a time of easy access to His Spirit and Presence for those who are humble, hungry and seeking. This movement will evade the spotlights, platforms and performances. It is coming for hearts. It’s coming for true worshippers. It’s coming for the one.
