Today’s Reading:
Isaiah 10-12
33 Behold, the Lord, the God of hosts, will lop off the boughs with a terrible crash;
Isaiah 10:33-11:5
Those also who are tall in stature will be cut down
And those who are lofty will be abased.
34 He will cut down the thickets of the forest with an iron axe,
And Lebanon will fall by the Mighty One.
11 Then a shoot will spring from the stem of Jesse,
And a branch from his roots will bear fruit.
2 The Spirit of the Lord will rest on Him,
The spirit of wisdom and understanding,
The spirit of counsel and strength,
The spirit of knowledge and the fear of the Lord.
3 And He will delight in the fear of the Lord,
And He will not judge by what His eyes see,
Nor make a decision by what His ears hear;
4 But with righteousness He will judge the poor,
And decide with fairness for the afflicted of the earth;
And He will strike the earth with the rod of His mouth,
And with the breath of His lips He will slay the wicked.
5 Also righteousness will be the belt about His loins,
And faithfulness the belt about His waist.
The Spirit of the Lord says,
I Am raising up mountains. I Am raising up new mountains. I Am shaking the earth and raising up brand new mountains. This is a time of tectonic change, and you will see new mountains emerge. The tops of My mountains will be sweet. They will be holy. They will be places of reverence, honor and the fear of the Lord. The tops of these mountains will be so sweet, and they will be weighty places of My Presence. These new mountains will establish new purpose where holiness and fear of the Lord are paramount. You know the saying that what happens at the top trickles down? So it will be for these mountains, as it is for all. The values of these mountains will be holiness and reverential fear of the Lord, so those values will drip down from the pinnacle like sweet sweet runoff to delight, energize, refresh and fill the lower parts of the mountain.
9 They will not hurt or destroy in all My holy mountain,
Isaiah 11:9-10
For the earth will be full of the knowledge of the Lord
As the waters cover the sea.
10 Then in that day
The nations will resort to the root of Jesse,
Who will stand as a signal for the peoples;
And His resting place will be glorious.
These mountains will be steep and strong. Though they may look intimidating at first glance, as you draw closer to them, you will see that they are glorious. My light will surround and reflect greatly in these mountains, in the sweet topping of the pinnacles and in the delightful runoff. My light and glory will surround them and will light up all that surrounds them. These mountains will overshadow the world as you know it now. These mountains will be the new authorities, the new strongholds that were built by My hands for the sake of the people. The old mountains will be pushed out, will be heaps of rubble; and the new mountains will be the authorities and the tone setters.
2 “Behold, God is my salvation,
Isaiah 12:2-6
I will trust and not be afraid;
For the Lord God is my strength and song,
And He has become my salvation.”
3 Therefore you will joyously draw water
From the springs of salvation.
4 And in that day you will say,
“Give thanks to the Lord, call on His name.
Make known His deeds among the peoples;
Make them remember that His name is exalted.”
5 Praise the Lord in song, for He has done excellent things;
Let this be known throughout the earth.
6 Cry aloud and shout for joy, O inhabitant of Zion,
For great in your midst is the Holy One of Israel.
I will establish these mountains with My very own hands, and they will mark a new time, a new way, a new heart, vision and lifestyle of the people. These new mountains will mark the beginning of a glorious time that has not been seen, experienced or tasted before. The time of the new mountains is calling. The shaking I Am doing is not only to topple the old, corrupted mountains and strongholds of the enemy. The shaking is so violent and so forceful that it will raise up new, pure, glorious, holy mountains to reign in their place. The shaking is bringing an ending steadily, surely and violently. The shaking is bringing a clean, bright, honest, pure and holy new beginning. The time of the new mountains is calling.
How to Respond
- Align your heart and your eyes with the truth of the Lord.
- Pray, Lord, Your Word and Your prophets have said that You will shake everything that can be shaken. We thank You Lord that Yours is an unshakeable Kingdom. Thank You for destabilizing and toppling everything that does not serve You and Your people. Thank You for raising up fresh, new, pure, honest, holy, sweet and glorious powers to replace the old.
- Declare, the Lord is shaking all that can be shaken, which is everything that is not of Him.; and He is raising up new powers and authorities that reflect His goodness and are of His Kingdom.
- Decree, I will see and experience the toppling of the corrupted powers, systems and institutions that are not aligned with the Lord. I will see and taste and experience the raising up of new, holy, pure, sweet and glorious powers, systems and institutions that honor the Lord and represent His Kingdom powerfully, nobly, honorably and beautifully.
