Today’s Reading:
Psalm 18
Psalm 20

”Good people will taste your goodness. And to those who are loyal to you, you love to prove that you are loyal and true. And for those who are purified, they find you always pure. But you’ll outwit the crooked and cunning with your craftiness. To the humble you bring heaven’s deliverance, but the proud and haughty you disregard. God, all at once you turned on a floodlight for me! You are the revelation-light in my darkness, and in your brightness I can see the path ahead. With you as my strength I can crush an enemy horde, advancing through every stronghold that stands in front of me. Yahweh, what a perfect God you are! All Yahweh’s promises have proven true. What a secure shelter for all those who turn to hide themselves in you, the wraparound God.“

Psalms‬ ‭18‬:‭25‬-‭30‬ ‭TPT‬‬

The Spirit of the Living Reigning God says,
I Am the anchor to your soul. I Am the One who holds you steady in the storm, in the shaking, in the uncertainty. I Am the stability of your times. I Am the anchor that holds. I will never let you down. I hold you securely in My righteous right hand. I Am your wraparound shield, and My angels encamp around you. Trust Me with your heart. Trust Me with your steps. Trust Me with your decisions, and trust Me with your days. I Am the anchor that holds.

”Could there be any other god like Yahweh? For there is not a more secure foundation than you. God, you have wrapped me in power and made my way perfect. Through you I ascend to the highest peaks to stand strong and secure in you. You’ve trained me with the weapons of warfare-worship; my arms can bend a bow of bronze. You empower me for victory with your wraparound presence. Your power within makes me strong to subdue. By stooping down in gentleness, you made me great!“

Psalms‬ ‭18‬:‭31‬-‭35‬ ‭TPT‬‬

I never leave you nor forsake you, and My children are not left wanting for bread. I Am your Provider, your Protector, your Redeemer and King. Whom or what shall you fear? My grace is sufficient for you to take on today. My grace is sufficient for you to mount up on wings like eagles, to run and not grow weary, to walk and not faint. I Am your treasure and your reward. I Am the treasure that you keep, and I Am the one who keeps you from all harm. My angels are assigned to your protection, and I make a way for you where there was no way. I Am the One who makes streams in the desert. I Am the One who holds you fast. If you want security, look to Me.

”Now I know that the Lord saves His anointed; He will answer him from His holy heaven With the saving strength of His right hand. Some boast in chariots and some in horses, But we will boast in the name of the Lord, our God. They have bowed down and fallen, But we have risen and stood upright.“

Psalms‬ ‭20‬:‭6‬-‭8‬ ‭NASB1995‬‬

Why trust My Name? Because My character is true, because I never lie, never leave, never fail. I Am your fortress of refuge and strength, a very present help in times of trouble. And I will lead you safely, securely into the new day. This is the transition of the ages. The old age is passing away, and we are walking through the vestiges of it now. Walk in faith and bold confidence with Me into the new day, the new age. It is glorious and shining. It is like no place or time you have ever been.

How to Respond

  • Trust the Lord and follow Him, lean on Him and wait on Him.
  • Pray, Holy Spirit thank You that You are the One who holds all things together, that You are faithful, true, reliable and unchanging. I can count on You, and I am counting on You to lead me out of this old age into the new one. Thank you for being the stability of our times. Thank You for making a way for me where there was no way. Thank You for Your protection and faithfulness.
  • Declare, You are the God who never leaves, never lies, never fails and never loses. You are the always victorious God.
  • Decree, with my God I can storm a troop. With my God, I can leap over a wall. Where He leads, I will follow. What He instructs, I will obey. I will not fear, because my God holds me securely in His righteous right hand.
