“God, all at once you turned on a floodlight for me! You are the revelation-light in my darkness, and in your brightness I can see the path ahead. With you as my strength I can crush an enemy horde, advancing through every stronghold that stands in front of me.”

The Spirit of the Living God says,
This is a war season, but it does not have to be doom and gloom. I have placed in your heart the fight. I have placed in your heart the desire to fight, to conquer, to occupy and to win. I have given you the heart of a warrior, and the battle belongs to Me. The battle is Mine. The glory is Mine. The victory is Mine and for those with Me.
This is a generation of warriors. I have made you for warring. You have felt it in your heart since birth. You have felt the struggle to, the desire to, the unction to war. You have had to work hard to master that. You have had to hide yourself in Me to bridle that and control that. But I have placed it inside of you for a reason, for a purpose. It’s for this season, and it’s for this time. It’s a fight that is necessary to overcome. It’s a fight that’s necessary to push back. It’s a fight that will intimidate the enemy and the gates of hell right to the ends of the earth.

And the glory of the Lord has risen upon you.
2 “For behold, darkness will cover the earth
And deep darkness the peoples;
But the Lord will rise upon you
And His glory will appear upon you.
3 “Nations will come to your light,
And kings to the brightness of your rising.
Warriors arise! This is your season. Take your places on the battlefield. My grace is here for the battle. My grace is here for the war. My grace is here for conquering, for occupation and for victory after victory after victory. Victory only comes with war and the threat of war, otherwise things remain as status quo. Choose life. Chooses the fight. Choose to call for My recompense, My justice and My great reward. It’s time to arise and shine. It’s time to overcome evil with good. It’s time to flush out the darkness with light. All power and all authority has been delegated to you. Step into your authority as kings. Step into your power as warriors of light. The tide is shifting as you arise and shine. The tide will continue to turn in your favor as you war alongside of Me. Grace for the overtaking is here. Grace for the overthrow is here. Grace that calls in the tidal wave of justice is here.
“Yahweh is my revelation-light and the source of my salvation. I fear no one! I’ll never turn back and run, for you, Yahweh, surround and protect me. When evil ones come to destroy me, they will be the ones who turn back. My heart will not fear even if an army rises to attack. I will not be shaken, even if war is imminent.”

This is a war season. This is the time that kings go out to war. It’s not time to hide or tamp down the warrior spirit inside of you. It’s time to channel it, to have it under control, but to unleash it with fury at evil, at double mindedness, at weak willed leadership that causes compromise and failure. It’s time for warriors to arise, to get into position and to expand the territory of the Kingdom. Warriors, don’t shrink back in fear or apathy. This is a war season. I will lead you to every victory.
How to Respond
- Be responsive and obedient to the calling and positioning of the Lord.
- Pray, Holy Spirit come. Show me where I am to take my place in the fight. Stir up that old warrior spirit within me that I have spent so much time trying to calm, soothe and master. Show me how to direct it properly. Show me how to be a man/woman who is faithful and honorable in the fight. Warriors of light do not tolerate the reign of darkness. Help me to do my part to dethrone darkness in the territory You have placed me.
- Declare, the Lord my God is Lord of All. He is the King of kings and the Lord of lords. He never lies. He never fails. He never leaves me and He never loses. He has prepared a table for me in the presence of my enemies. He has equipped me for the fight, and He and His angel armies are going before me and fighting for me. Whom or what shall I fear?
- Decree, I will not shrink back in fear. I will not sit on the sideline and wait for other warriors to arise. I will get into the fight as and where the Lord leads. I am a warrior of light, and my assignment is to attack darkness and dethrone it.
