Today’s Reading:
Ezekiel 47
John 7
Luke 17
Jesus was once asked by the Jewish religious leaders, “When will God’s kingdom come?” Jesus responded, “God’s kingdom does not come simply by obeying principles or waiting for signs. The kingdom is not discovered in one place or another, for God’s kingdom realm is already expanding within some of you.”
Luke 17:20-21 TPT
I heard the Spirit of the Living God say,
You live in a kingdom of super-abundance. It’s time you see the fruit of that. It’s time you understand the truth of that, the magnitude of My super-abundant nature. In Me there is no lack. In My kingdom, no lack exists. All you have to do is reach out and grab it. Abundance comes from the condition of your heart. Faith attracts abundance. The kingdom is in you, so if your heart is dry, your soul is dry, and your faith is like a dry, cracking riverbed, you will not live in the reality nor experience My goodness overflowing the banks of the river of your heart.
The shining man said to me, “Son of man, do you see this?” Then he brought me back to the riverbank. When I got there, I was astonished to see an enormous number of trees on each side of the river. He said, “This water flows east, down to the Jordan Valley and to the Dead Sea. As it flows into the stagnant waters, that water becomes fresh water. Wherever the river flows, all living creatures will live and thrive. Schools of fish will be very plentiful, for wherever the river goes, it brings healing, and everything will come alive! Fishermen will crowd its banks and spread their nets from En-Gedi to En-Eglaim. They will catch as many species of fish as there are in the Great Sea. However, its swamps and marshes will not become healed but will be left for salt. “Along both banks of the river, every kind of fruit tree will flourish. And their leaves will never wither, and abundant fruit will always be on their branches. Each month they will bear a fresh crop of fruit because this life-giving water comes from inside the sanctuary. And their fruit will be good to eat, and the leaves will bring healing.”
Ezekiel 47:6-12 TPT
Stir up your most holy faith. Wade deep into communion with Me. Wade very deep into the waters of My Word. There you will tap into the springs of life that fill your heart, that revive the barren places of your soul, the dry places, the lacking places, the thirsty and desolate places. As you wade deeper and deeper into My Word, you will find that you are living in the overflow, you are living in the deep. Your heart will have become not only saturated with living water, but submerged in living water and a beautiful, strengthened vessel from which it now flows. This is the way to cultivate faith. Faith is a gift that must be hydrated, must be invigorated and brought to life by wading into the waters of My Word and examining that Word with Me.
Then on the most important day of the feast, the last day, Jesus stood and shouted out to the crowds—“All you thirsty ones, come to me! Come to me and drink! Believe in me so that rivers of living water will burst out from within you, flowing from your innermost being, just like the Scripture says!” Jesus was prophesying about the Holy Spirit that believers were being prepared to receive. But the Holy Spirit had not yet been poured out upon them, because Jesus had not yet been unveiled in his full splendor.
John 7:37-39 TPT
If you want to live in the super-abundance that is your heritage and your birthright, if you want to live in a place that not only has no lack but is overflowing with the super-abundance of My goodness, come to the living waters of My Word. Make the time to wade in deep and immerse yourself in the cleansing, refreshing and life-giving waters of My Word. In Me, you will find everything you need, and you will have no lack.
How to Respond
- It’s very important to carve out more time for reading the Bible and prayer right now.
- Pray, Holy Spirit thank You that You lead me into all truth. Help me to make a way to get more time in Your Word. Thank You that You desire and have made a way for me to live in super-abundance. The key to that is immersing myself in Your Word, so I can enliven my faith. I don’t want to miss out on one thing You have for me Lord.
- Declare, in the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God and the Word was God. (John 1:1)
- Decree, I will spend more time wading into the waters of the Holy Scriptures. I will seek the Lord there for understanding, and He will bountifully supply. My faith will be reinvigorated and supercharged by the Word of God and by His Presence in my life, and I will never live in lack again. I will live in the super-abundant overflow that can only be accessed by faith.
