1 Peter 1
”So then, prepare your hearts and minds for action! Stay alert and fix your hope firmly on the marvelous grace that is coming to you. For when Jesus Christ is unveiled, a greater measure of grace will be released to you. As God’s obedient children, never again shape your lives by the desires that you followed when you didn’t know better. Instead, shape your lives to become like the Holy One who called you. For Scripture says: “You are to be holy, because I am holy.”“
1 Peter 1:13-16 TPT
The Spirit of the Living God says,
You are covered by My love. My lifeblood poured out for you covers you, atones you and makes you the righteousness of God. You are in fact covered by My love. Walk as holy ones set apart by My blood which is my love. Can you see that I poured out every drop so you would be made whole? I poured out every drop so nothing would remain undone. It is finished. The power of sin and death is finished! And you are now a holy one, set apart in service to Your King, set apart with the authority to rule and reign with Me. I have given you legislative authority. What you permit will be permitted. What you forbid will be forbidden. Rise up in your authority. Rise up in your holy garments covered by My love, My blood and speak forth the truth in power. Don’t shrink back. Don’t hide in the corner, in the back. Stand up. Rise up. Speak up.
”Since you call on him as your heavenly Father, the impartial Judge who judges according to each one’s works, live each day with holy awe and reverence throughout your time on earth. For you know that your lives were ransomed once and for all from the empty and futile way of life handed down from generation to generation. It was not a ransom payment of silver and gold, which eventually perishes, but the precious blood of Christ—who like a spotless, unblemished lamb was sacrificed for us. This was part of God’s plan, for he was chosen and destined for this before the foundation of the earth was laid, but he has been made manifest in these last days for you. It is through him that you now believe in God, who raised him from the dead and glorified him, so that you would fasten your faith and hope in God alone.“
1 Peter 1:17-21 TPT
These are days of bold deliverance. Your boldness will usher in, will catalyze your deliverance. Rise up with eyes of fire. Rise up with a guttural roar of truth, of prophecy, of worship, and terrify the gates of hell. Push them back. Push them to the far reaches of the Earth. Bind up those terrorizing forces, and cast them into the pit of hell. It’s time to rise up in My power, in My love, in My holy authority and reign. This is not the time for the faint. This is the time for the bold to arise. This is the time for the forgiven ones to arise. This is the time for those who have been washed, made clean, made whole and delivered to bring about the mighty deliverance of the ages through your bold declarations, through the purity of truth and love in your heart, through the cleanness of your hands. Wage war in this intense battle in total purity. Do not let the evil around you corrupt you or stain your garments. You have been made white as snow. Live in total purity. Purity is the place from which My power flows.
”Now, because of your obedience to the truth, you have purified your very souls, and this empowers you to be full of love for your fellow believers. So express this sincere love toward one another passionately and with a pure heart. For through the eternal and living Word of God you have been born again. And this “seed” that he planted within you can never be destroyed but will live and grow inside of you forever. For: Human beings are frail and temporary, like grass, and the glory of man fleeting like blossoms of the field. The grass dries and withers and the flowers fall off, but the Word of the Lord endures forever! And this is the Word that was announced to you!“
1 Peter 1:22-25 TPT
Purity in the heart is what I seek — this is the kind of place I seek to make Myself, My glory, My truth and My power known. My power is a revelation of My love. It bears witness to My love. How can you not move forward in boldness when you are covered, drenched and soaked through by My love? These are the days of awakening. Show yourself strong by fully relying on Me, by being a love-struck worshipper who wages the good warfare with bold prophetic utterances, by declarations of truth and My promises. Be one who refuses to back down or retreat even one inch to the darkness and perversion that surrounds you. Your boldness will bring your breakthrough. Your bold, fearless advancement will catalyze My deliverance. Stay in faith. Stay in purity. Stay in truth. Stay wrapped, covered and filled by My great love.
How to Respond
- Remain in the Lord. Stay in purity.
- Pray, Holy Spirit come. Fill me with a fresh revelation of Your love. Fill me with boldness and holy fire, so I may be a pure, burning one who rises up in authority to legislate Your Word on the Earth. Help me to be part of Your Kingdom coming, Your will being done on Earth as it is in Heaven.
- Declare, the wicked flee when no one pursues, but the righteous are as bold as a lion.
- Decree, I will strengthen myself in the Lord. I will pursue Him with all of my heart. I will live in purity and truth, rising up in boldness to push back the gates of hell with my worship of the Lord, with my declarations of truth and the promises of God and with my prophetic utterances. I will see the deliverance of the Lord through my bold legislating of righteousness by my God-given authority on the Earth.
