Isaiah 26-28
7 Purify my conscience! Make this leper clean again!
Psalm 51:7-10
Wash me in your love until I am pure in heart.
8 Satisfy me in your sweetness, and my song of joy will return.
The places you have crushed within me
will rejoice in your healing touch.
9 Hide my sins from your face;
erase all my guilt by your saving grace.
10 Keep creating in me a clean heart.
Fill me with pure thoughts and holy desires, ready to please you.
The Lord says,
Jesus won the victory! Jesus is the Victorious One. All dominion, power and authority belong to Him. He reigns at My righteous right hand. Let faith arise. Let hope arise. Stir these up in your heart, in your spirit; and posture yourself with great anticipation. Look to the skies. Look inside. Take a good, honest inventory of what’s inside. It’s time to purge anything that is not bringing you life, building your faith and sustaining your hope.
Any thought you have that does not inspire hope is under the influence of a lie.

What lies are you believing? Ask Me to highlight them for you. I will. I will light them up like cancer on a scan. Lies are cancer to your soul. They bind you with chains of fear, of doubt, of self-hatred and victimhood. Purge those out. Throw them out, and put them on the burn pile. Ask for My truth to replace each one.
17 The fountain of your pleasure is found
Psalm 51:17
in the sacrifice of my shattered heart before you.
You will not despise my tenderness
as I bow down humbly at your feet.
You are beautiful. You are lovely. You are made in My image, and you are infinitely lovable because I made you, and I love you. You are fearfully and wonderfully made. You are powerful. You are fully equipped for every act of holiness and godliness that I put in your heart. I have plans to bring you a hope and a future, to prosper you and to enable you to live an abundant life, filled and fully wrapped around by My Presence. Whom or What shall you fear?
23 The life that pleases me is a life lived in the gratitude of grace,
Psalm 50:23
always choosing to walk with me in what is right.
This is the sacrifice I desire from you.
If you do this, more of my salvation will unfold for you.”
Toss out the lies, the injuries, the pain, the regret. Toss them out. They can’t fit where we are going. And look to the skies. Set your heart on things above — all that is lovely, worthy, holy and beautiful. Set your eyes and your mind on those things.
Put away every sinful and corruptible element. Ensure that the entertainment you consume is pure, lovely, holy. Most so-called entertainment is shedding lies and filth and promoting darkness. Don’t tolerate it for yourself, and don’t tolerate it in your home. Allow My Spirit to convict you, to nudge you when these things are in view. Be obedient to My call to rid these from your sight. It doesn’t have to be dramatic. But it will look like a systematic, disciplined approach to what comes on and what is allowed to be broadcast in your home. Don’t tolerate darkness in your home.
17 I will set justice as the true measurement
Isaiah 28:17-19
and integrity its plumb line.
My hailstorm will sweep away your refuge of lies,
and my floodwaters will overwhelm your hiding place.
18 Then your covenant with death will be annulled
and your pact with the underworld will not stand.
And when the overwhelming scourge sweeps over you,
it will sweep you away!
19 As often as disaster passes by, it will carry you away;
morning by morning, day after day, it will sweep you away!”
When you fully understand this message,
it will bring nothing but terror to you!
Look up to Me. Keep your eyes on Me, and keep your eyes on the horizon at what is about to take place. Change is coming. It is rolling in like a massive tempest of a storm. It will shake and blow, and strike and clap, and the rain will pelt the skin of the wicked and the believer, the filthy and the pure alike. It will wash them clean.
20 Go, my people, into your inner chambers
Isaiah 26:20-27:1
and close the doors behind you.
Hide for a little while, until his indignation is over.
21 For the Lord is coming out from his heavenly place
to punish people for their sins.
The earth itself will expose the blood spilled upon it,
and the ground will no longer hide its slain.
27 In that day, the Lord Yahweh
will mercilessly wield his massive, mighty sword
and punish Leviathan, the swift, slithering serpent.
He will slay the dragon of the sea—
Leviathan, the twisting serpent.
When the storm subsides and the wind dies down, when the darkness gives way to a bright new day, you will see what is left standing. You will see who is left standing. You will see what remains. Just like a storm, this tempest will die down as quickly as it arose. But the storm will be violent, and the winds and the rains will cause you to desire to stay at home, safe and sheltered from the severity of the storm.
8 No, but with measured justice
Isaiah 27:8
he exiled them and contended with them.
He removed them from the land with his severe blast
on the day his searing east wind blew.
Look out on the horizon, for the storm clouds are gathering now, and the storm is rolling in from the East. It will soon engulf the land.
How to Respond
- Preparation looks like getting your own house in order — your own heart and life in order. Align them with the Lord with Heaven, with the Lord’s ways.
- Sing songs of worship, of adoration, of praise. Sing songs of justice and the Lord’s righteous reign.
- Declare, the truth will set men and women free. And the truth is rolling in with this severe cleansing storm.
- Declare, the Lord is moving to bring a great cleansing to the land, so that it can be restored, revived, resurrected and transformed.
