Isaiah 55
Psalm 145
6 Seek the Lord while He may be found;
Isaiah 55:6-7
Call upon Him while He is near.
7 Let the wicked forsake his way
And the unrighteous man his thoughts;
And let him return to the Lord,
And He will have compassion on him,
And to our God,
For He will abundantly pardon.
The Lord says,
Choices. Choices for life or death, blessing or curse, truth or lies. These are days when choices will be exposed. I will shine a bright light on the choices made in the hearts of men and women. Choices will be exposed and laid bare. Their owners will be made to look at them without the cover of excuse in the broad light of day. I’m coming to expose hearts. The true contents of one’s heart can be seen and rightly judged by their choices. I Am not exposing their choices to condemn them or judge them. I’m coming to expose their choices so they can clearly see them for themselves — unfiltered and without excuse.
8 The Lord is gracious and merciful;
Psalm 145:8-9
Slow to anger and great in lovingkindness.
9 The Lord is good to all,
And His mercies are over all His works.
Many of their own choices seen in the light of day will grieve them, will surprise them and will cause them to seek My face. It will cause them to seek My grace. Choices made in fear, submission, from feelings of obligation, rebellion or coverup; choices made for selfish reasons, from a place of pain, envy or insecurity — these will all be laid bare. This is a time that will cause and bring forth personal exposure of choices. I will allow people to see themselves and to be seen. This is not for judgement. No, this is to startle and awaken many who have been making choices while deceived, living deceived and unwittingly championing deception. It is to wake them up to the reality of their own deception, their own choices and the consequences thereof.
14 The Lord sustains all who fall
Psalm 145:14
And raises up all who are bowed down.
The laying bare of these choices is to jolt many awake. It is to awaken them, so they can finally see clearly, hear truly, think rightly. It is so they can seek Me, seek My grace, seek My cleansing and My unmatched restoration. All of My work is from love, and all of My aims are to bring wholeness, restoration and truth.
17 The Lord is righteous in all His ways
Psalm 145:17-18
And kind in all His deeds.
18 The Lord is near to all who call upon Him,
To all who call upon Him in truth.
Rejoice. Take heart. Truth is rising, and truth will come crashing down into the homes of many. Truth will come crashing into the homes of all. It will be laid bare for them to see and react. This will be a time of seeing truth starkly and choosing whether to grasp on to truth or to cover one’s eyes and grab hold of a bigger lie that attempts to cover the many already in hand.
For as the rain and the snow come down from heaven,
Isaiah 55:10-11
And do not return there without watering the earth
And making it bear and sprout,
And furnishing seed to the sower and bread to the eater;
11 So will My word be which goes forth from My mouth;
It will not return to Me empty,
Without accomplishing what I desire,
And without succeeding in the matter for which I sent it.
The truth is rising. The tidal wave of truth will crest, and she will come crashing down to lay things bare. The tidal wave of truth is for exposure, for awakening and for healing.
How to Respond
- Be kind and gentle with those whose eyes are opened when the tidal wave of truth hits their home. Welcome them into the light.
- Rejoice, because the truth is rising. She will come to expose, awaken and restore the lives of many who have been living in deception.
- Declare, the where the Spirit of the Lord is there is freedom. And he whom Christ sets free is free indeed.
- Decree, the Lord’s move of exposure and awakening will set many free from the lies that they have been believing and from the power of the deceivers. They will become unstoppable warriors for truth and freedom.
