Malachi 3-4
16 Then those who feared the Lord spoke to one another, and the Lord gave attention and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before Him for those who fear the Lord and who esteem His name. 17 “They will be Mine,” says the Lord of hosts, “on the day that I prepare My own possession, and I will spare them as a man spares his own son who serves him.” 18 So you will again distinguish between the righteous and the wicked, between one who serves God and one who does not serve Him.
Malachi 3:16-18
The Lord says,
Gather together oh carriers of My glory, oh bearers of My Presence. Gather yourselves together. Join yourselves together as one in unity. Hold hands in worship, in praise and in prayer. Contend for this dry and barren land where there is no vegetation, no fruit, no water, no life. Contend for rebirth, for new birth. Contend for spring. Contend for My spring of two springs. Contend for the harvest of two harvests — that the faithful and the wicked alike will reap what they have sown. Contend for My mercy upon those whom I would show mercy.
10 Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, so that there may be food in My house, and test Me now in this,” says the Lord of hosts, “if I will not open for you the windows of heaven and pour out for you a blessing until it overflows. 11 Then I will rebuke the devourer for you, so that it will not destroy the fruits of the ground; nor will your vine in the field cast its grapes,” says the Lord of hosts. 12 “All the nations will call you blessed, for you shall be a delightful land,” says the Lord of hosts.
Malachi 3:10-12
It’s time to travail together in prayer for the spring harvest. It is time to pray it in, to declare it in, to usher it in to it’s time. Pray in the turnarounds. Declare and decree the days of victory, justice, truth and holiness. You have taken your stand. Now stand together in prayer, in hope, in faith, in belief that My will will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven. Make faith decrees about the vision I have planted in your heart for the future — days of restoration, of purity, delight, community, healing, prosperity, innocence and abundance.
Declare and decree the cleansing, the removals, the reckoning of My favor and love that removes the warts, the cancers and the plague from your midst, from your high places, from the platforms and from roles of authority. Join together as one and agree, declare, and call it done. Join together in celebratory worship and let the gates of hell know that it is done, that your outcome has been achieved and sealed in Heaven and it is coming soon to take them out, to destroy their plans, their puppets and their places of influence. Join together in unison and in celebratory worship. Put those gates of hell on notice. Because it will be done.
4 “For behold, the day is coming, burning like a furnace; and all the arrogant and every evildoer will be chaff; and the day that is coming will set them ablaze,” says the Lord of hosts, “so that it will leave them neither root nor branch.” 2 “But for you who fear My name, the sun of righteousness will rise with healing in its wings; and you will go forth and skip about like calves from the stall. 3 You will tread down the wicked, for they will be ashes under the soles of your feet on the day which I am preparing,” says the Lord of hosts.
Malachi 4:1-3
This is the last act in this production, and the climax is near. The great clash is near. The great surprise is near. The great usurping is near. Pray it through. Join hands and hearts and declare it through. Decree your position and the defeat of the enemy. Unity in prayer, in declarations, in decrees and in worship will push it through into being, will usher it into it’s time. Like a new birth, it will be messy. But the celebration will overtake the the mess of birth. The glory in the outcome will greatly supersede the pain, the waiting, the confusion, the mess and the cleanup. What you are pushing through for is more than worth it.
How to Respond
- Get your hopes up. Raise your expectations of what the Lord is doing and will accomplish in the very near future.
- Purposefully unite yourself in prayer, in declarations and in decrees with faithful believers. Join together in celebratory worship. It is how the Lord is choosing to partner with His people to usher in the turnaround and the next season.
- Pray, Lord, connect me to a body of believers that I can join in prayer, in faith declarations, decrees and in celebratory worship. Hear our prayer Lord today as we reflect on what You are saying, that You would indeed cause the birth of the turnaround, the surprise, the usurping and the new era. Bring the spring of two springs and the harvest of two harvests that You have been foretelling. Bring new life, truth, justice, honor, purity and prosperity to our land. And show mercy to those whom You know need mercy in this time.
- Declare, the Lord is partnering with His people, with His faithful remnant to push through into the turnaround, the surprise, the usurping that we have all been waiting for. His is the victory, and we are joined with Him to usher in the new era of new birth, truth, justice, honor, holiness and prosperity for our land.
- Decree,
We are one, as the Father, Jesus and Holy Spirit are one.
We join together in unity and in steadfast faith agreeing with the Lord that His surprise, His turnaround and His reckoning are at hand.
We call forth the truth. We call forth justice. We call forth the days of the harvest — where all will reap what they sow — the faithful and the wicked alike.
