Today’s Reading:
Psalm 52

52 Why do you boast in evil, O mighty man?
The lovingkindness of God endures all day long.
2 Your tongue devises destruction,
Like a sharp razor, O worker of deceit.
3 You love evil more than good,
Falsehood more than speaking what is right. Selah.
4 You love all words that devour,
O deceitful tongue.
5
But God will break you down forever;
He will snatch you up and tear you away from your tent,
And uproot you from the land of the living. Selah.

Psalm 52:1-5

The Spirit of the Lord says,
Cherish these days. Cherish these days. You are watching history being made. You are watching the tidal wave of justice swell. You will watch the storm of justice pummel the wicked, the oppressors and the liars. And it will be glorious. The tide has indeed turned, and all that once went the way of the wicked, all the wind they had at their back to do evil deeds — to steal, kill and oppress — to destroy the lives of the people or anyone who got in their way, now that wind has shifted. It has become an opposing wind. The prevailing winds now are the opposing winds of justice, and they will be so strong and so forceful that they will take the breath away of those they come against.

6 The righteous will see and fear,
And will laugh at him, saying,
7 “Behold, the man who would not make God his refuge,
But trusted in the abundance of his riches
And was strong in his evil desire.”
8
But as for me, I am like a green olive tree in the house of God;
I trust in the lovingkindness of God forever and ever.

Psalm 52:6-8

Cherish these days. Cherish these times. Celebrate the victories. Pray for the tide of justice and those who are positioned to call for hearings that expose lies and wicked schemes, those who can bring forth exposure, and those who can deliver justice. Pray for them — pray for wisdom, strength, boldness, fearlessness and an anchored trust in Me. Pray that they would roar like lions, and they would not relent until the job is done.

Cherish these days. Enjoy these days. Watch with anticipation and the expectation of finally witnessing and experiencing justice come to the wicked — to the perpetrators of lies and smear campaigns, to those who devised traps and mocked the righteous. Yes, justice’s steady and patient drumbeat is coming for them. Yes, the stormy winds of justice are picking up; and soon you will see the violent and uncontainable winds of justice unleashed on this wicked class of scoffers, unbelievers, mockers, power hungry hyenas and wolves in sheep’s clothing. Yes, the storm has arrived, and it will not be pretty for the wicked.

9 I will give You thanks forever, because You have done it,
And I will wait on Your name, for it is good, in the presence of Your godly ones.

Psalm 52:9

Watch for storm surges. They are surges of My power that bring extra force and inescapable engulfing. The wicked will have no escape. Justice is coming, and where they think they may see an escape route, My storm surges will hem them in. They are surrounded, and the walls are closing in. Let the righteous laugh when good and justice triumph. Let the righteous cheer when good wins, when truth wins, when they see that I, The Lord their God only win.

How to Respond

  • Live with an attitude of thanksgiving and expectation that the wicked will not prosper and that the Lord will bring the justice we have been greatly desiring.
  • Pray, Holy Spirit come. Come in power, and bring the justice that You have promised. Bring the justice that the people and the nations need for healing and for a new path forward. Strengthen, embolden and bring wisdom and Divine creativity to the ones You have positioned to open the path to justice. Let Your justice touch every person in America according to Your perfect measure, according to what they have sown. Thank You for Your mercy and for hearing our cry for justice Lord.
  • Declare, the tides have shifted and the prevailing winds are winds of opposition against the wicked. Justice is kicking up like a violent inescapable storm, and it will surround and engulf the wicked.
  • Decree, America will witness and experience a great storm of justice. Justice will not stop being poured out until the job is completely done.
