Seized with panic, they doubled up in frightful anguish, like a woman in the labor pains of childbirth. Like a hurricane blowing and breaking the invading ships, God blows upon them and breaks them to pieces. We have heard about these wonders, and then we saw them with our own eyes. For this is the city of the Commander of Angel Armies, the city of our God, safe and secure forever! Pause in his presence. Lord, as we worship you in your temple, we recall over and over your kindness to us and your unending love.”

The Spirit of the Lord says,
Truth is marching in the streets. Truth is marching with new beats. The truth is marching on, and the truth is marching in. The truth is marching from many origination points with a great company in each line, and the truth is marching to Washington. The truth is marching to your Capitol. The truth will surround the Capital City like the beltway. She will rise up with many voices and say, we have you surrounded. Your only hope is Jesus. We have you surrounded. You cannot escape the truth. We have you surrounded. Turn to Jesus — the Way, the Truth and the Life, the very life, the very air in your lungs. Turn to Him now. We have you surrounded. There is no means of escape. No exit strategy will work. Your tunnels are blocked and your airplanes are grounded. We have you surrounded. The roads and the highways are blocked with great fortifications — with great big trucks which bar entry and exit at this time.
“So let the people of Zion rejoice with gladness; let the daughters of praise leap for joy! For God will see to it that you are judged fairly. Circle Zion; count her towers. Consider her walls, climb her palaces, and then go and tell the coming generation of the care and compassion of our God. Yes, this is our God, our great God forever. He will lead us onward until the end, through all time, beyond death, and into eternity!”

Listen up politicians. Listen up bureaucrats. Listen up corrupt and unfaithful ones, the truth has you surrounded. You cannot run. You cannot hide. You cannot escape. And you cannot buy your way out of this one. Truth has marched in, and we have you surrounded. The truth will erupt like a great wall of fire, and those who fear and seek to escape will have no means of doing so. They cannot withstand the fire. They cannot withstand the truth. A great fiery wall of fortification will surround your Capital City. She will have the evil and corrupt ones surrounded, and she will set many, many, many captives free. The truth will provide a means of escape to many innocent children, men and women who have been bound and held captive by lies, by wicked deeds of others and by a spirit of Leviathan whose purpose and aim is to suffocate truth. I Am slicing the head right off of that slimy, relentless snake and the power of the wicked will fall to the ground like sudden heaps of ashes. All that restrained those innocent ones bound by the restraints of wickedness will be set free. The truth will hold many, many, many, many, many to account. And truth will set the world free. It is written and signed. It will be delivered. This is My decree. This is the Word of the Living God.
How to Respond
- Spend time in worship.
- Pray, Thank You Lord that You are our Redeemer and Deliverer, that You are mighty to save and You will save us from the darkness and the dark powers that we have allowed to rise to power and rule the world. Lord, forgive us for apathy and for busyness. Lord, we repent of our careless ways of not putting You first and not being the watchmen on the wall that You have called us to be for our children, nation and the world. Thank You for hearing our cries of distress and repentance. Thank You for moving to bring a great turnaround and a great and powerful accounting to the wicked. Thank You for Your perfect justice. Come quickly Lord and cause the wicked to pay. We pray for their salvation Lord. We pray that many Sauls become Pauls. And we pray for a great recompense for Your faithful ones. Bring Your righteous judgement Lord. You are the Righteous Judge and Lord of All. All of our hope is in You.
- Declare, the Lord has decreed that truth will surround the wicked and corrupt and will hold them to account.
- Decree, the Lord will slay Leviathan in Washington, and the power of wickedness that has had a grip on our government will fall like heaps of ashes. This will cause a great judgement to come to the wicked, and it will literally set the people of the world free.
