Proverbs 14

“Confidence and strength flood the hearts of the lovers of God who live in awe of him, and their devotion provides their children with a place of shelter and security.”

The Spirit of the Lord says,
Cement yourself in My faithfulness. Make yourself rock solid in your trust, belief and reliance upon Me. I Am good. I Am absolutely good, and all of my ways are pure and true. I never leave. I never lose. I never fail. I Am the ever present, always faithful God. Yours is the heart that wanders. Yours is the one that you must keep on a leash. Discipline your mind. Discipline your heart. Make all of your thoughts rock solid in Me. Make every fleeting thought, every passing flicker bow in obedience to Christ. The battle for your mind is here. The battle for yoru heart is now. Be rock solid in belief. Be rock solid and immovable in the reality of My faithfulness. Trust My history with you. Recount My faithfulness to you. I Am your anchor and shield.
“And he said to me, “My holy lovers in the land are my glorious ones, who fulfill all my desires.” Yet there are those who yield to their weakness, and they will have troubles unending. I never gather with such ones, nor give them honor in any way. Yahweh, you alone are my inheritance. You are my prize, my pleasure, and my portion. You hold my destiny and its timing in your hands. Your pleasant path leads me to pleasant places. I’m overwhelmed by the privileges that come with following you! The way you counsel me makes me praise you more, for your whispers in the night give me wisdom, showing me what to do next. Because I set you, Yahweh, always close to me, my confidence will never be weakened, for I experience your wraparound presence every moment.”

Without faith it is impossible to please Me. Without faith you will be jostled around this very bumpy period like a rag doll. You can’t be about your Father’s business while you are being tossed about. You must be rock solid. You must be immovable. You must be anchored deeply and persistently in Me, in My Word, in truth. This is the fertile ground for faith — faith grows in the recounting of history. Faith grows in a heart of gratitude and thanksgiving. Freedom from the outcome comes in trusting Me to deliver. Freedom comes from faith. Faith comes from hearing, and hearing by the Word of God — the stories of My faithfulness, the stories of your own testimony in Me, the stories of the saints who were victorious against all odds because I was their very present help in times of trouble. I was their provider in times of need. I was their refuge and strength and hiding place from the storms of life and spiritual battles. This is then. That is now. Wrap yourself in Me.

Ensure that you are rock solid in belief. The days ahead will test you. If you are rock solid, you will not falter, you will not crumble, you will not be moved. You will move forward steadily shielded by your faith in Me. No arrows or darts or weapons that are formed against you will prosper. They will all fall to the ground inert. This is the spiritual battle. This is a spiritual war. Fortify yourself in Me. Put on your full armor of Mine. Have your weapons of warfare ready — praise, worship, celebration, thanksgiving, declarations of truth, prophecies from My Spirit, decrees of the scriptures. This is how you will see enemies fall. This is how you will see strongholds topple and be overtaken by good. Get yourself rock solid in Me. These are days of war.
How to Respond
- Refuse unbelief. Practice disciplining every thought and every word you have. Make it bow in obedience to Christ.
- Pray, Holy Spirit thank You that You are here moving, hovering, active and faithful in this war season. Help me to keep my eyes focused on You and not what’s happening around me. Help me to stay anchored in you, moored to the truth, trusting fully that You will be faithful just as You always have been. You will see me through, and You will have every victory Lord. Thank You.
- Declare, the Earth is the Lord’s and the fullness thereof. He is the ever-present, always faithful God. He never leaves, never fails, never loses and never lies. He is the always-victorious One, and the battles and the war we are facing, He has already won.
- Decree, I will walk by faith, not by sight. I will trust in the Lord my God. I will recount His faithfulness, His goodness and His unending love. I will share testimonies of His goodness with those around me. I will strengthen myself in the Lord through songs, through testimony, through scriptures and through prophesying that which He has told me. I will not be silent. I will war with words of faith and truth.
