Today’s Reading:
Isaiah 28

”In that day the Lord of hosts will become a beautiful crown And a glorious diadem to the remnant of His people; A spirit of justice for him who sits in judgment, A strength to those who repel the onslaught at the gate.“

Isaiah‬ ‭28‬:‭5‬-‭6‬‬ ‭NASB1995‬‬

The Spirit of the Living God says,
Fear is keeping you from success. Fear is barring your way to hope. Fear is standing in the way of you grasping your powerful Sword of the Spirit in your right hand. Build up your most holy faith. Sing a victory song. Sing an overcoming song. Readjust your mindset and your heart-set. Position yourself in unshakeable truth. Brace yourself with My unshakeable character, My immovable faithfulness and righteousness. Climb up onto the trustworthy firm foundation of Christ your solid rock, and war from the place of victory. Roar with a roar that sets demons and the very gates of hell to flight. You are not among those, you are not like those who shrink back in fear and are destroyed. You are with those, among those and cut from the same cloth as those who have faith and experience true life.

”Therefore thus says the Lord God, “Behold, I am laying in Zion a stone, a tested stone, A costly cornerstone for the foundation, firmly placed. He who believes in it will not be disturbed.“

Isaiah‬ ‭28‬:‭16‬ ‭NASB1995‬‬

You will see the fullness of My salvation. You will experience the fullness — the depth, the width, the full height of My astounding breakthrough. You will not be left standing on the sidelines. You will not be left with empty hands. It’s time to face the fear. It’s time to rise up with a ferocity and fire, with the courage of a wild, untamable young lion, and roar with the victory that has already been won. Roar for the future that I have seeded in your heart. Roar with the ear-splitting roar that puts demonic hoards to flight and clears the path that I have set in front of you.

Yours is to rise. Yours is to roar. Yours is to run in and to wield the Sword of the Spirit. The Sword of My Spirit and My words from your mouth will shatter the walls that have kept you from your promise, will shatter the walls that have held back your breakthrough. Rise up, run in and roar. Wield the beautiful, powerful weapons of your warfare, and you will hold the victory, the breakthrough, the promise that exceeds your every expectation — you will hold it in your hands.

”For the Lord will rise up as at Mount Perazim, He will be stirred up as in the valley of Gibeon, To do His task, His unusual task, And to work His work, His extraordinary work.“

Isaiah‬ ‭28‬:‭21‬ ‭NASB1995‬‬

This is the time of the victory march. Be one who leads the way. My grace will guide you to the start and lead you well beyond the finish of this battle that you face. Face it in courage, in faith, in My Spirit, and you will hold the breakthrough and the promise in your hand. This is the place and time of My breakthrough. You will call Me Baal-perazim.

How to Respond

  • Trust the Lord. Put your full faith in Him. Ask Him to help you uproot and toss out every lie, so that you can live in the truth and from hope.
  • Pray, Holy Spirit help me to get rid of every lie that is keeping me from courage and hope. Help me to run into the place of my battle with the ferocity and fearlessness of a young, untamable lion. I want to roar with Your words and wield the Sword of Your Spirit in power, so that I can indeed break the strongholds, push back demonic hoards and hold Your promise to me in my hands.
  • Declare, we are not those who shrink back and are destroyed. But we are those who live by faith and experience true life.
  • Decree, I will rise up in courage. I will shake off all fear and run into the battle to which the Lord has called me. I will roar with the words the Lord has spoken. I will wield the mighty Sword of the Spirit, and I will see the Lord break through for me. I will see demonic hoards flee. The promise of the Lord for which I have been waiting, praying and contending — I will hold in my hands, and I will experience the fullness of joy that comes with it. Victory is mine in the Lord.
