Isaiah 59
”“Speak now to Zerubbabel the son of Shealtiel, governor of Judah, and to Joshua the son of Jehozadak, the high priest, and to the remnant of the people saying, ‘Who is left among you who saw this temple in its former glory? And how do you see it now? Does it not seem to you like nothing in comparison? But now take courage, Zerubbabel,’ declares the Lord, ‘take courage also, Joshua son of Jehozadak, the high priest, and all you people of the land take courage,’ declares the Lord, ‘and work; for I am with you,’ declares the Lord of hosts. ‘As for the promise which I made you when you came out of Egypt, My Spirit is abiding in your midst; do not fear!’ For thus says the Lord of hosts, ‘Once more in a little while, I am going to shake the heavens and the earth, the sea also and the dry land. I will shake all the nations; and they will come with the wealth of all nations, and I will fill this house with glory,’ says the Lord of hosts. ‘The silver is Mine and the gold is Mine,’ declares the Lord of hosts. ‘The latter glory of this house will be greater than the former,’ says the Lord of hosts, ‘and in this place I will give peace,’ declares the Lord of hosts.”“

The Spirit of the Living God of Israel says,
Harmony. You will see hearts move in harmony. You will see great unity destroy division. Division will become a small, even ridiculous side show, and unity will become the main event. You will see the peace of the Lord extend out to the far reaches of the Earth and rest on the people, rest on individuals like a weighty comforting blanket. They will not be moved, because my peace covers them and marks them. They will not be moved because they know Me by Name. They will not be moved, because they know Me as overcomer, the God of Jacob who birthed Israel out of a great usurpation of the plans of the enemy.
”Then the word of the Lord came a second time to Haggai on the twenty-fourth day of the month, saying, “Speak to Zerubbabel governor of Judah, saying, ‘I am going to shake the heavens and the earth. I will overthrow the thrones of kingdoms and destroy the power of the kingdoms of the nations; and I will overthrow the chariots and their riders, and the horses and their riders will go down, everyone by the sword of another.’ ‘On that day,’ declares the Lord of hosts, ‘I will take you, Zerubbabel, son of Shealtiel, My servant,’ declares the Lord, ‘and I will make you like a signet ring, for I have chosen you,’ ” declares the Lord of hosts.“

The name Zerubbabel means, “one conceived in Babylon.”
The name Shealtiel means, “I have asked for from God.”
I believe what the Lord is saying prophetically through this word and scripture is that in response to the prayers of His people, He will make those of us conceived in Babylon (everyone alive at this time in history) like a signet ring (ones who have the rights, honor and authority of heirs). He has chosen this time, and He has chosen us to experience His great overthrowing of the enemy’s kingdom on the Earth.
The birthing of a new Israel, of a new Jerusalem, of a new resting place where My glory dwells will come and is even in process, in unseen process, undetected process right now. A great usurpation of the plans of the enemy, of the forces of the enemy, of the traps and the walls and the pits of the enemy will befall them. And their repayment will be very heavy. Their consequences and repayment will be very, very heavy. They will have to return seven-fold of all that was stolen, lost and overcharged. The usury alone — the usury repayment alone — with the seven-fold requirement will drain them greatly, yet I will demand more. Yet I will require even more because of what was outrightly stolen, because of what was mismanaged and misused. Fraud requires a steep, steep repayment, and they will pay.
”According to their deeds, so He will repay, Wrath to His adversaries, recompense to His enemies; To the coastlands He will make recompense. So they will fear the name of the Lord from the west And His glory from the rising of the sun, For He will come like a rushing stream Which the wind of the Lord drives. “A Redeemer will come to Zion, And to those who turn from transgression in Jacob,” declares the Lord. “As for Me, this is My covenant with them,” says the Lord: “My Spirit which is upon you, and My words which I have put in your mouth shall not depart from your mouth, nor from the mouth of your offspring, nor from the mouth of your offspring’s offspring,” says the Lord, “from now and forever.”“

And the hearts of the people will be united. They will see clearly that they have been lied to, mistreated, abused and misused. They will see that they have been ideological pawns for someone else’s political and financial gain. And their hearts will be united against a common adversary and toward their Holy Redeemer and Savior Christ Jesus. This will be a time never before seen in history. This is a tipping point moment. This is the edge of the great usurpation moment. This is nearing the moment that catapults us into great change and greater overturnings and repayments than your imagination can even fathom. We are headed toward the days of the New Jerusalem. The judgement of the enemy will be final.
How to Respond
- Keep your eyes and your trust focused on the Lord Most High.
- Pray, Holy Spirit, give me eyes to see and ears to perceive what You are doing and saying in this time. I want to be one who senses the movement of Your Spirit and can understand the times and moments in advance and when they arrive. Thank You that You see how the enemy has abused and deceived us — as individuals and as nations of the world. Thank You for Your great plan to overturn, overcome and demand repayment for all that has been lost, stolen and overcharged. You are so good Lord.
- Declare, the Lord is so good and His mercy endures forever. He is the God who sees, who hears and who fights for us. He will not allow evil to reign unchecked. He will repay the wicked for all they have done to hurt and mislead His children.
- Decree, I will stand and see the Lord overturn the works of evil. I will see the Lord require a very, very steep repayment for all that has been stolen, lost, overcharged and squeezed out of His people. I will see the world stand in unity that crushes division, and I will see the wicked heavily repaid for all that they have done.
