1 John 5
”Now faith brings our hopes into reality and becomes the foundation needed to acquire the things we long for. It is all the evidence required to prove what is still unseen. This testimony of faith is what previous generations were commended for.“

The Spirit of the Living God says,
My grace is upon you to serve your country, this nation. My grace is upon you to serve your family, your community. Service is a way of life for the believer. Service is to live with an outstretched hand to help, to give, to lift, to pull those who need help back up to their feet. Service is an overflow of My love in your heart. It flows out from your heart and causes you to extend a hand, to offer a smile, to share an encouragement and say a kind word.
”And without faith living within us it would be impossible to please God. For we come to God in faith knowing that he is real and that he rewards the faith of those who passionately seek him.“

Service looks like something. Love poured out looks like something. Passion looks like something. These are not just nice thoughts or feelings. They require action and are recognized by action. Stir up your most holy faith. Stir up your heart’s affection for Me. Spend time in My Presence so your heart can overflow, so your countenance can beam with My love for you, and you can share that love reflexively, from the overflow — not as a pauper, not as one who lives in lack. You give from the overflow, and replenishment then comes from the Kingdom supply. Mine is a Kingdom of always more than enough. If you are in lack, you lack time in My Presence. If you lack, come to the fountain of every blessing. Be filled with My Presence, and recount My faithfulness in your life. Stir up your most holy faith by recounting My faithfulness, by cultivating a lifestyle of thanksgiving. And watch as your faith grows and expands and expects.
”You see, every child of God overcomes the world, for our faith is the victorious power that triumphs over the world. So who are the world conquerors, defeating its power? Those who believe that Jesus is the Son of God.“
1 John 5:4-5 TPT
Without faith it is impossible to please Me. And faith IS in fact the currency of the Kingdom. In faith, with faith you can access everything you need. Remain in Me, and I will remain in you. Reach for more of Me, and I will be found. Teach and train your heart to hunger for My Presence; and stay in My Presence so long that you are filled to the overflow, that you are made into one who glows with My love and who has eyes and a heart convinced of My goodness, My faithfulness and My steadfast love. Exercise your faith, and it will enable you to take hold of everything you need.
How to Respond
- Prioritize time in the Presence of the Lord. Linger there.
- Pray, Holy Spirit minister to me. Reveal Your heart and Your ways to me. Call to mind instances of Your faithfulness that I have forgotten. Help me to dwell in an attitude of thanksgiving and live in awe of You. That’s the place from which I can serve and do the work You have called me to do.
- Declare, great is the Lord’s faithfulness. His mercies are new every morning. He is the all-sufficient God. He is the God of always more than enough. His Kingdom is marked by super abundance.
- Decree, I will walk by faith and not by sight. I will live filled with the joy of the Presence of the Lord. I will not lack any good thing, because the Lord’s love fills me to the overflow and I access everything I need by faith.
