Psalm 40
Ephesians 5
It’s not sacrifices that really move your heart. Burnt offerings, sin offerings—those aren’t what bring you joy. But when you open my ears and speak to me, I become your willing servant, your prisoner of love for life.
Psalms 40:6 TPT
I heard the Spirit of the Living God say,
Trust and obey. Trucks are coming in. This is a time of instant obedience. This is a time to obey without thinking. Fast moving opportunities are coming. They carry weighty assignments. You need to forsake the logic, forsake a lengthy decision making period, and jump. This is a benefit of being a believer. You can hear My voice and know when I say yes or no, stay or go, jump or run in the opposite direction. This is a time where you almost want to live at a jog to catch the opportunities that I’m sending your way. They will be fast moving. And they may not even stop for a response. If you sense, when you sense My Spirit on it, jump. Say yes. Hop in, and go.
So I said, “Here I am! I’m coming to you as a sacrifice, for in the prophetic scrolls of your book you have written about me. I delight to fulfill your will, my God, for your living words are written upon the pages of my heart.”
Psalms 40:7-8 TPT
Many of you will be changing battlefields. Many of you will be on the same battlefield, but I’m taking you to higher ground. Don’t delay. Don’t miss your day of opportunity. My light is shining upon you. My favor is lighting your path. Don’t get twisted up in knots. This is no time for wishy washy mindsets and uncertain behavior. This is a time to be anchored in Me, to be anchored deeply in the Word and to heed My voice when you hear it. Change is upon you. Change is coming for many individuals as I Am making these strategic moves on the battlefield. Some are shifting positions, some are shifting missions, some are just being moved to higher ground. All must be engaged. All must remain at the ready.
Look carefully then how you walk! Live purposefully and worthily and accurately, not as the unwise and witless, but as wise (sensible, intelligent people), Making the very most of the time [buying up each opportunity], because the days are evil. Therefore do not be vague and thoughtless and foolish, but understanding and firmly grasping what the will of the Lord is.
Ephesians 5:15-17 AMPC
If you knew what was coming you would not be out of place at this time. You will glory in My glorious move. Have no regrets about your placement on the battlefield. Be ready to move at the moment I bring that fast moving opportunity. It’s vital for you and your family. Your role is important. Your presence is important. Your positioning is important. These are the days of My lightning grace. Know that My favor is upon you mightily. Your job is to obey, to be ready, to make the move when the moment comes.
How to Respond
- Stay in the Word. Stay close to the Lord. Decide now to obey the voice of the Lord immediately when it comes.
- Pray, Holy Spirit help me to see and hear clearly in this time. Help me to rid myself of distractions that may cause me not to see or perceive the opportunities You have for me. Help me to be battle ready and to live with a ready yes to Your voice.
- Declare, here I am Lord, send me. Wherever You lead, I will follow.
- Decree, I will discipline my heart and mind to be fixed on the Lord. I will not miss the day of my opportunity. I will see it, recognize the Lord’s voice and run immediately in obedience to His Word. I will be in the right place on the battlefield at the right time, doing the work He has called me to do. Delay is not in my vocabulary.
