Psalm 22
Exodus 17
11 So it came about when Moses held his hand up, that Israel prevailed, and when he let his hand down, Amalek prevailed. 12 But Moses’ hands were heavy. Then they took a stone and put it under him, and he sat on it; and Aaron and Hur supported his hands, one on one side and one on the other. Thus his hands were steady until the sun set. 13 So Joshua overwhelmed Amalek and his people with the edge of the sword. 14 Then the Lord said to Moses, “Write this in a book as a memorial and recite it to Joshua, that I will utterly blot out the memory of Amalek from under heaven.” 15 Moses built an altar and named it The Lord is My Banner; 16 and he said, “The Lord has sworn; the Lord will have war against Amalek from generation to generation.”
Exodus 17:11-16
The Spirit of the Lord says,
Vigano. I have set the truth firmly in his heart. He serves one master, that’s Me, the Lord his God. He is faithful, unwavering, and I will use him yet. I have put a hedge of protection around him, so that the snorting, bloodthirsty bulls of Bashan are held back. They cannot touch him, though they surround him. Lift up his arms as he presides over the battle as My servant Moses did. Lift up his arms with prayer, with fasting, with declarations and songs of worship to Me. He is a difference maker. His heart is pure, and his ways are true. He is cutting a path of purity in a very dark place. Bless him. Pray for him. Speak words of encouragement and victory over his life.
He is carrying a weight. He is carrying the weight and the burden of truth. There are untold degenerates surrounding him, yet he has carved out and continues to mark out a path of purity. He is heading to Rome, and he will be a vessel by which the skeletons of the mountain of religion are brought out, aired out, in broad daylight. I have brought him to do a mighty cleanup work. He is heading to Rome, and he will take his seat of authority in Rome. His heart and hands are pure before me. The path he is carving out, marking out on his way to Rome is pure. Pray for him and bless him. Reinforce My protection of him with your declarations in agreement with Me.

23 You who fear the Lord, praise Him;
Psalm 22:23-24
All you descendants of Jacob, glorify Him,
And stand in awe of Him, all you descendants of Israel.
24 For He has not despised nor abhorred the affliction of the afflicted;
Nor has He hidden His face from him;
But when he cried to Him for help, He heard.
Truth. I Am dropping truth into nations like lead balloons. I Am delivering truth to homes, to individuals and to families. I Am delivering truth to nations. At the individual and family level, recieving this truth is like winning the sweepstakes of a lifetime. It is transformative, unexpected and filled with delight. This is what truth being delivered at the personal level is doing, and this is how it is being received. It’s bringing personal freedom.
Truth is being delivered at the national level — to many nations — different but very similar truth is being delivered. It is truth that stirs up righteous anger, stirs up a battle cry for justice, stirs up the soul cry for freedom; and it will not be silenced. Governments and nations that quickly submit to the cry and the will of the people will see little disruption except for the changing of the guard. There, the reigns of power will be delivered to the people and to trustworthy stewards.
27 All the ends of the earth will remember and turn to the Lord,
Psalm 22:27-28
And all the families of the nations will worship before You.
28 For the kingdom is the Lord’s
And He rules over the nations.
In those nations where the government and the unrighteous rulers do not quickly submit to the will of the people, there will be massive disruptions — protests, civil unrest and a direct and very clear opposition to the entrenched rulers and their enforcers. At some point the enforcers will break ranks, because they will realize that they have more in common with and are more like the people demanding freedom than the captors and the tyrants that are withholding it. All bets are off when the guards who protected the minority-appointed sovereigns and politburos will leave them with no cover, no protection.
The media will say of these nations, the wheels are falling off, and the will of the people will be done. This is a seasons where truth sparks Freedom Revolutions around the world, in many nations of the world. Truth and freedom will be the battle cry, will be the demand, will be the only accepted terms of peace.
How to Respond
- Ask the Lord what His call to you for fasting and intercession look like — in support of Archbishop Vigano and the cause of truth and freedom in the nations.
- Pray, Holy Spirit come. I ask for Your extra outpouring of grace and protection on Archbishop Vigano and on the masses of people desiring freedom around the world. We ask for your wisdom, Your mercy, Your grace to bring the things You have talked about to pass. Show us how to pray and intercede for Archbishop Vigano, the future of the Catholic Church, the mountain of religion, and the cause of truth and freedom for the people of the world. We need Your help Lord. Send Your angel armies to assist us, to tear down the strongholds of corrupt rulers and corrupt governing structures, to make a path for freedom. Release the sound and the reality of truth and freedom to us Lord.
- Declare, the Lord is with and for Archbishop Vigano, a man after His own heart. The Lord is protecting him, providing for him and making a way where there seems to be no way.
- Declare, the Lord is delivering truth to individuals, families and nations. The result of receiving this truth at the personal level is freedom. The result of receiving this truth at the national level is a great dissatisfaction with the corruption and unwitting enslavement of the people. The cry of the people of the nations will be for truth, integrity, self-determination, justice and freedom.
- Decree, The Lord is making a way for the total reformation of the Catholic Church and the entire mountain of religion. It will happen.
- Decree, truth and a deep desire and demand for freedom will light up the nations of the world. Truth and freedom will prevail.
