23-24 Look out! God’s hurricane is let loose,
Jeremiah 30:23-24
his hurricane blast,
Spinning the heads of the wicked like dust devils!
God’s raging anger won’t let up
Until he’s made a clean sweep
completing the job he began.
When the job’s done
you’ll see it’s been well done.
The Lord says,
You will find that in this resurrection season, you will have to determine that the change is well with your soul, that the exposure is well with your soul, that the that the justice and the shaking is well with your soul. You will have to guard your soul, so that it does not rejoice with the downfall of the wicked. You know that it is a sorrowful thing and a most sorrowful end for those who side with darkness and seek not My redemption that is freely offered. Neither should you mourn for the loss of the status quo. It is filthy, defiled, and change is coming for a reason. You will do well to stay close to My heart and check in often with your own soul.
Rather than rejoice at the downfall of the wicked and mourn for the loss of the status quo, I Am calling you to the opposite. I Am calling you to mourn for the loss of the wicked and to rejoice and celebrate the end of the status quo. The upheaval is for your good, the good of the people and the good of the Earth. Anchor yourself to Me, and your soul — your will and emotions — will stay in check. You will not be overwhelmed or undone. The change will be well with your soul; and your soul will prosper as a result of being well cared for and disciplined.
Honor his holy name with Hallelujahs,
Psalm 105:3-6
you who seek God. Live a happy life!
Keep your eyes open for God, watch for his works;
be alert for signs of his presence.
Remember the world of wonders he has made,
his miracles, and the verdicts he’s rendered—
O seed of Abraham, his servant,
O child of Jacob, his chosen.
Match up your will to Mine. Submit your will into My Hands; and you will ride out this violent storm as one on a rollercoaster, safe and secure the whole time — rather than experiencing true shock and terror with no security for your soul.
Stop in the storm and worship. As you focus your eyes on Me, the swirling and the chaos will move to the backdrop, and peace will encompass and blanket you. You can live in genuine peace, in total security in the midst of this violent tossing storm if you choose to worship and keep your eyes on Me.
I Am the Way, the Truth and the Life. No man can come to the Father except by Me. I Am the Way to Peace, and I Am the Prince of Peace. Darkness and evil must flee from My Presence, so fear not. I have overcome the world, and I Am the one causing this shaking, the storm and this time of great exposure.
Watch closely: God has someone picked out,
Isaiah 28:2
someone tough and strong to flatten them.
Like a hailstorm, like a hurricane, like a flash flood,
one-handed he’ll throw them to the ground.
Justice is rapidly chasing on the heels of exposure. Though it may not seem like it, the hounds of justice have been released. They are seeking the scent of innocent blood on filthy hands. They will find their targets, and they will not let go until justice is indeed served.
I’ll make justice the measuring stick
Isaiah 28:17
and righteousness the plumb line for the building.
A hailstorm will knock down the shantytown of lies,
and a flash flood will wash out the rubble.
Stir up joy. Stir up expectation. Stir up hope, faith and love. Though the earth is experiencing a great shaking and a terrible storm, I Am your shelter. I Am your tower of refuge and strength, a very present help in times of trouble. I Am your anchor. I Am where your help comes from. You need not fear. You need not agree with stress and anxiety. I Am the captain of this ship, and I will bring you safely to shore.
How to Respond
- Determine now to keep your eyes on the Lord, even as the shaking in the earth intensifies.
- Worship in the midst of the storm, and discipline your mind and your will to be in sync with the Lord’s.
- Declare, the Lord is the One who is causing and governing the shaking. It will serve it’s purpose to bring exposure and justice.
- Declare, The violent storm upon us is nothing for those on the side of the Lord to fear. The Lord is My refuge and strength, a very present help in time of trouble.
- Decree, the Lord is using the shaking and the storm to accomplish His purposes of bringing justice, re-establishing righteous rule, truth, honor, respect, freedom and purity in the Earth. His will will not be subverted. He will accomplish what He purposed to do.
