‘But the wonderful anointing you have received from God is so much greater than their deception and now lives in you. There’s no need for anyone to keep teaching you. His anointing teaches you all that you need to know, for it will lead you into truth, not a counterfeit. So just as the anointing has taught you, remain in him. And now, dear children, remain in him, so that when he is revealed we may have joyful confidence and not be ashamed when we stand before him at his appearing. If you know that he is righteous, you may be sure that everyone who lives in righteousness has been divinely fathered by him.’
1 John 2:27-29 TPT
The Spirit of the Living God says,
Activate your faith in Me. Take a step forward in your faith in Me. Bit by bit you will see where I Am leading you, where I Am guiding you. You will see the place to which we are heading. Can you feel My peace washing over you? Can you feel the strength and steely bolstering of My Spirit within you, steadying your spine and setting your face like flint on the days ahead? Trust in Me, and keep moving forward. One step and then the next. Trust My tugging, My leading, My guiding, My nudging, My prompting. Trust your ability to recognize My moves and My Presence. That will keep you out of harm’s way. That will keep you on the path and the timing that I have for you.
‘If anyone sees a fellow believer in need and has the means to help him, yet shows no pity and closes his heart against him, how is it even possible that God’s love lives in him? Beloved children, our love can’t be an abstract theory we only talk about, but a way of life demonstrated through our loving deeds. We know that the truth lives within us because we demonstrate love in action, which will reassure our hearts in his presence. ‘
1 John 3:17-19 TPT
Let My mercy flow like a river. Let My mercy cover your body and pool out, flow out from you. Be a vessel of My mercy, and extend it to others. Let the Fountain of Life within you, My Spirit, make you a man or a woman characterized by mercy. Mercy changes the tenor of conversations. Mercy changes relationships. Mercy changes everything. When the truth comes in like a flood, mercy will be needed. Mercy will be required to move forward. Mercy is the only thing that will allow many to pick up the pieces. Truth is coming. Change is here. The shaking and the rocking that you are feeling and will feel more significantly is loosing the bonds of the enemy, is crumbling the structures of the wicked.
‘So these are his commands: that we continually place our trust in the name of his Son, Jesus Christ, and that we keep loving one another, just as he has commanded us. For all who obey his commands find their lives joined in union with him, and he lives and flourishes in them. We know and have proof that he constantly lives and flourishes in us, by the Spirit that he has given us.’
1 John 3:23-24 TPT
Supply lines will be interrupted. Normal patterns of life will be interrupted. Re-routing for many will be required. So it will be vital to live by faith, to trust My voice inside of you and behind you, saying this is the way, walk in it. We are walking into messy days ahead. Be filled with the Spirit. Sharpen and trust your ability to hear My voice. Be a conduit and fountain of mercy, and set your face like flint toward the days ahead. Everything that can be shaken will be shaken. Even the courts of law. Even the judges.
How to Respond
- Trust the Lord with all of your mind, heart, soul and strength. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your path straight.
- Pray, Lord help me to be fully and quickly obedient to You. Help me to trust my ability to hear Your voice. Strengthen me with Your Spirit and help me to begin to discern where You are leading me. Give me wisdom and discernment so I can live well and be a beautiful reflection of You — Your love, compassion and mercy. Help me to know how to prepare in my own life for the greater shaking and disruptions in the days ahead.
- Declare, great is the Lord and worthy of all glory, honor and praise. He is the all-seeing, all-knowing, ever-victorious God. He is the One who has taken away the sins of the world. In Him I can fully trust and fully rely. He determines the times and seasons and He imparts wisdom and understanding to all who seek Him.
- Decree, I will trust the Lord my God with all my mind, heart, soul and strength. I will trust my ability to hear His voice, and I will move quickly and fully to obey His instructions. I will be strong in the Lord and in His mighty, because of His Spirit that lives in me. I will extend mercy, because mercy triumphs over judgement. I will be secure, as I heed the voice of the Lord behind me saying this is the way, walk in it.
