Psalm 46
Isaiah 55
55 “Ho! Every one who thirsts, come to the waters;
Isaiah 55:1-3
And you who have no money come, buy and eat.
Come, buy wine and milk
Without money and without cost.
2 “Why do you spend money for what is not bread,
And your wages for what does not satisfy?
Listen carefully to Me, and eat what is good,
And delight yourself in abundance.
3 “Incline your ear and come to Me.
Listen, that you may live;
And I will make an everlasting covenant with you,
According to the faithful mercies shown to David.
The Lord says,
Jesus. The holiness and preeminence of Jesus, the miracle working power of Jesus, the total and complete freedom that comes from knowing Jesus. He is the way, the truth and the life. No one can come to Me except through Him. There are not multiple ways to the Father. There are not multiple ways to Almighty God. There is one way and one way only, and His Name is Jesus, the most powerful name in the world.
12 “For you will go out with joy
Isaiah 55:12-13
And be led forth with peace;
The mountains and the hills will break forth into shouts of joy before you,
And all the trees of the field will clap their hands.
13 “Instead of the thorn bush the cypress will come up,
And instead of the nettle the myrtle will come up,
And it will be a memorial to the Lord,
For an everlasting sign which will not be cut off.”
At His Name, mountains and trees bow. At His Name, creation trembles. At His Name, darkness must flee. His Name alone is the birthplace of freedom. He holds all things together and because of Him all things can be made new. Days of revival are among us because of the power and transformative nature of His Name, Jesus. Many are being set free and many, many, many, many, many, many more will bow, will weep, will repent. They will turn from their former ways and be set free in the arms of Jesus. They will live in Him, and He will live in them.
6 Seek the Lord while He may be found;
Isaiah 55:6-7
Call upon Him while He is near.
7 Let the wicked forsake his way
And the unrighteous man his thoughts;
And let him return to the Lord,
And He will have compassion on him,
And to our God,
For He will abundantly pardon.
This is a transformation of the ages. This is a great cleansing and captive release operation. This is a freedom movement. This is THE GREAT REVIVAL. None that want Jesus shall be left in the dark. Those ministers who minister a false gospel will either bow and change or they will be left standing alone. People want to see power. People need something real. They are tired of lies and platitudes and self-help speeches. They need real, heart changing, transformative, life altering, destiny altering change from the Hand of their Mighty God. They need an undeniable encounter with their Creator. They need the truth and nothing but the truth. They need true love, true acceptance and true instruction.
The time for eating garbage and calling it a meal is done. The people want real food, real truth, real honesty, real encounters and real power. The people need miracles. They need to see something real. They will not stand for this weak milk bread religion nonsense any longer. They long for power. All power and all authority belong to Jesus. Watch Him take the world by storm. Watch Him change everything.
There is indeed power in His blood. He has marked and covered His own with that powerful blood. And He is drawing many, many, many, many, many more to Himself even now, and He is covering them too. This is an unparalleled movement of revival, rebirth and the dawning of a new day. It starts and has has its sustaining source in Jesus. Pure and simple, right and true. Jesus.
46 God is our refuge and strength,
Psalm 46:1-3
A very present help in trouble.
2 Therefore we will not fear, though the earth should change
And though the mountains slip into the heart of the sea;
3 Though its waters roar and foam,
Though the mountains quake at its swelling pride. Selah.
The people of the nations will feel storm tossed. The people will feel like they have zero control, as if they are in a tiny row boat in the midst of a mighty storm at sea, with waves violently crashing all around them. They will feel powerless, forsaken and at the mercy of the waves, but I Am surrounding the people. I will not let the dark waves overtake them. This storm is not unto death.
This storm is causing the darkness to reveal itself. It is causing the violence and the pride, the arrogance, the lack of value for life and the lack of care for the people to be revealed on the world stage. The storm is causing the darkness to reveal its depths and to expose its true nature for all to see. The storm is causing the truth about the darkness and those on the side of darkness to be revealed to all, to be undeniable and made as plain as black and white.
5 God is in the midst of her, she will not be moved;
Psalm 46:5-7
God will help her when morning dawns.
6 The nations made an uproar, the kingdoms tottered;
He raised His voice, the earth melted.
7 The Lord of hosts is with us;
The God of Jacob is our stronghold. Selah.
I Am protecting My people. Pray that the storm subsides quickly. Pray for the continual covering of My Hand and My protection in the storm. Pray that fear does not overtake the people, and that they do not try to to throw themselves out of the boat in despair. Pray for courage for the people, strength to hold fast and eyes set on Me and the fixed horizon that promises the dawning of the new day that I will indeed bring.
10 “Cease striving and know that I am God;
Psalm 46:10-11
I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.”
11 The Lord of hosts is with us;
The God of Jacob is our stronghold. Selah.
That new day will be one where the sea returns to crystal clear blue from black. Where the waters are placid and sparkling, teeming with beautiful, vibrant life below, where the sea is the source of life, nourishment, adventure and joy again. I will bring that new day. But as the storm rages, I adjure the nations to hold on, to look to Me — Your Lord, Your God, Your Maker. Hold fast. Worship. Remind Yourself of My faithfulness. Allow no lie or discouragement entry. Stand firm. Smile at the future. Gaze at the horizon and bless My Name. This storm is not unto death. It is unto wildly abundant life.
How to Respond
- Sing songs of trust in the Lord.
- Remind yourself of His faithfulness to you and your family. Recount the stories together, out loud.
- Declare, Jesus is the way, the truth and the life. He is drawing an unparalleled number of people to Himself right now. And they are finding relief, forgiveness, transformation, hope and new life in Him.
- Declare, revival is here and is spreading like wildfire. Truth and the Name of Jesus are what will mark the people of this time.
- Decree, the storm that is tossing the nations will not end in death. Instead, the Lord is using it to expose the darkness and those aligned with darkness for all of the filth that they are. He will protect the people in the storm, and He will bring us to a new day of abundant life on the other side of the storm.
- Declare, I will keep My eyes fixed on Jesus, come what may. I believe that He is moving to expose, to cleanse and to bring us to a place of freedom. I will stand firm. I will not be moved.
